Effect of Acute Exercise on Exosome Associated Biomarkers

Start date: June 21, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This research study is being done to understand the underlying mechanism by which exercise affects the body on the cellular level, in an acute aerobic endurance setting. This may help to better understand the overall benefits of endurance exercise.

NCT ID: NCT05517122 Active, not recruiting - Healthy Clinical Trials

Effect of Oral NAD+ Precursors Administration on Blood NAD+ Concentration in Healthy Adults

Start date: June 27, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) is a coenzyme playing a central role in human metabolic pathways. A recognized approach to increase NAD level is through oral supplementation of its precursors promoting NAD synthesis in vivo. NAD precursors exist in multiple forms. However, it is unclear how the various precursors compare in their ability to increase NAD levels in human blood. The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of 3 NAD precursors on whole blood NAD metabolome.

Start date: May 6, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The aim of the study is to evaluate the impact of different delivery modes on specific macronutrient components in human milk.

NCT ID: NCT05380323 Active, not recruiting - Healthy Clinical Trials

A Study of LY3541105 in Healthy and Overweight Participants

Start date: May 10, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of LY3541105 in healthy and overweight participants. Blood tests will be performed to check how much LY3541105 gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to eliminate it. The study will also evaluate the effects of LY3541105 on body weight and assess safety and tolerability of LY3541105. This is a 3-part study and may last up to 15, 26 and 24 weeks for each participant and may include up to 7, 15 and 16 visits in parts A, B and C, respectively.

Phase II/III Randomized Clinical Trial of Booster Dose of COVID-19 (Recombinant, Inactivated) Vaccine

Butanvac
Start date: February 28, 2023
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

NDV-HXP-S is an inactivated COVID-19 vectored-vaccine virus using the Newcastle Disease Virus as basis and expressing Spike (S) protein from SARS-CoV-2 stabilized in pre-fusion form with Hexapro technology. This vaccine was successfully tested in non-clinical and clinical studies with a good safety profile and eliciting neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2. Clinical testing is conducted by an international consortium including three different manufacturers. Butantan, in Brazil, is one of them.
