NCT ID: NCT05335447 Completed - Healthy Clinical Trials

Evaluation of Mass Balance and Absolute Bioavailability of GLPG3667

Start date: April 19, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a study in healthy male volunteers to assess how a new test medicine is taken up and broken down by the body as well as its safety and tolerability.

NCT ID: NCT05334030 Not yet recruiting - Healthy Clinical Trials

Walking With the EksoNR in Stroke Patients and Healthy Controls: Biomechanical Changes and User Experience.

Start date: April 25, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Further studies are needed to provide more detailed information on the potential effects of robotic gait training in general, as well as on the influence on gait movement patterns in particular. Patient perspectives and feedback contribute to the continuous development of exoskeletal technology. For these reasons, the main objective of this study is to decipher the relationship between EksoNR's robotic control settings and walking biomechanics in stroke patients and healthy subjects; the second objective is to discover the user experience during the use of EksoNR.

NCT ID: NCT05333263 Recruiting - Healthy Clinical Trials

A Study to Validate Treadmill Parameters

Start date: June 17, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accuracy with which a microprocessor-controlled treadmill delivers controlled postural disturbances.

NCT ID: NCT05332392 Completed - Healthy Clinical Trials

Clinical Performance of Masimo INVSENSOR00040

Start date: April 14, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is designed to compare the accuracy of a noninvasive measurement of oxygen saturation and pulse rate to reference values obtained by a laboratory blood gas analyzer and a standard of care EKG monitor. Study procedures follow ISO-80601-2-61:2011 standard requirements for basic safety and essential performance of pulse oximeter equipment. Arterial blood samples will be collected from subjects while undergoing a controlled desaturation procedure wherein the concentration of oxygen inhaled is slowly reduced until the subject's arterial oxygen concentration is approximately 70%.

NCT ID: NCT05331794 Completed - Healthy Clinical Trials

Effects of Training on Outdoor Fitness Equipment for Health Improvement

Start date: June 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Aging causes various changes in the body. This, together with a sedentary lifestyle, can lead to health problems such as loss of muscle mass and strength, bone mineral density and cardiovascular capacity. Therefore, it is essential to remain physically active in adulthood. Outdoor fitness equipment offer a free and easy-to-use option for physical activity and health improvement. However, there are few studies that quantitatively evaluate the physical fitness and health improvement associated with the use of these parks. Hence, the main objective is: 1) To evaluate the effects of training on outdoor fitness equipment on different body composition and health-related fitness parameters.

NCT ID: NCT05331170 Recruiting - Healthy Clinical Trials

Viral Mucosal Reprogramming

VMR
Start date: April 27, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a mechanistic, controlled, open-label, single-site study to evaluate the effects of RG-RV16 inoculation on airway mucosal gene expression and airway remodeling in 25 healthy controls (HC), in 25 allergic rhinitis subjects (AR) with cat dander allergy, and in 25 allergic asthmatic subjects (AA) with cat dander allergy. Three groups (HC, AR, and AA) will undergo screening to establish clinical history, will undergo pulmonary function testing (spirometry), and will have blood drawn for clinical characterization (IgE, , ImmunoCAP, CBC and differential), and for assessing the presence of existing neutralizing antibody against RV16. Only those who meet criteria will be permitted to continue into the interventional and run-out phases of the study.

NCT ID: NCT05324228 Completed - Healthy Clinical Trials

Sublingual Microcirculation in Healthy Children Using the SDF Imaging Method

Start date: December 3, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The main goal of the study is to determine the physiological parameters of sublingual microcirculation in children in different age categories using Sidestream Dark-Field Imaging Method. No significant differences are expected to be found between measurements in healthy volunteers in different age categories.

NCT ID: NCT05324124 Completed - Healthy Clinical Trials

A Study of the Effect of Food on Selpercatinib (LY3527723) in Healthy Participants

Start date: April 19, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to learn about how food affects selpercatinib in healthy participants. The selpercatinib will be administered in fed and fasted states. Participation could last about 7 weeks.

NCT ID: NCT05322785 Enrolling by invitation - Healthy Clinical Trials

Optimization of Exhaled Biomarker Collection and Analysis

EBC
Start date: February 2, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional
