There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The goal of this clinical trial is to test the effect of a mindset management intervention on stress levels in women with infertility. The main question it aims to answer is: Can the Organic Conceptions approach decrease stress levels in women with infertility? Participants in both groups will be asked to complete three surveys at three time points. The intervention group will complete the Organic Conceptions program, while the control group will not complete an intervention. Researchers will compare the intervention group and control group to see if the Organic Conceptions mindset management program decreases stress levels in women with infertility.
This study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair augmented with the BioBrace® Implant vs. arthroscopic rotator cuff repair alone in subjects requiring surgical intervention for a full-thickness rotator cuff tear.
Obesity and related metabolic comorbidities have been associated with more than a 4-fold increased risk of incident cognitive impairment, including Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD). Dysfunctional metabolic flexibility is increasingly recognized as a critical mechanism linking metabolic risk factors to risk of cognitive impairment, although few studies portable behavioral strategies to enhance metabolic function among individuals at risk for ADRD. The present study will examine the feasibility and acceptability of a 12-week time restricted feeding intervention among individuals with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Changes in cognitive and metabolic function will also be examined.
The purpose of this clinical protocol is to learn about the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of new BNT162b2 RNA-based vaccine candidates targeting new variants of SARS-CoV-2 in healthy people. Substudy A: - This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of BNT162b2 (Omi XBB.1.5) given as a single 30 µg dose, - in people who are 12 years of age and older, - who previously received at least 3 doses of a US-authorized mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, with the most recent dose being an Omicron BA.4/BA.5-adapted bivalent vaccine received at least 150 days before the study vaccination (Visit 1). - The study is about 6 months long for each participant. - Participants will have at least 5 visits to the clinic. - At each clinic visit a blood sample will be taken. - At least 1 nasal swab will taken. Substudy B: - This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of BNT162b2 (Omi XBB.1.5) given as a single 30 µg dose, - in people who are 12 years of age and older, - who are COVID-19 vaccine-naïve - who have had any positive SARS-CoV-2 test result >28 days before study vaccine administration. - The study is about 6 months long for each participant. - Participants will have at least 5 visits to the clinic. - At each clinic visit a blood sample will be taken. - At least 1 nasal swab will taken.
The study is a randomized, proof of concept study. 30 patients aged 18 and over with HS will be included in this single center, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group study. Dosage of deucravacitinib will be given according to the investigational regimen as follows: 6 mg po bid for 16 weeks. The study compromises a 4-week screening period, a 16-week study period, and a 4-week follow-up period. The follow-up period consists of a follow-up phone call 4 weeks after the last study drug dose.
This randomized, phase 2, double-blinded, multicenter study is designed to assess the safety and immune response kinetics of CYFENDUS™ (henceforth AV7909) administered on 2 primary series vaccination schedules followed by 6- and 12-month boosters.
At the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) World Trade Center Health Program, 36% of participants in the low dose computed tomography (LDCT) lung cancer screening program are current smokers, despite referral to the free FDNY Tobacco Cessation Program (Standard Care). Investigators propose testing an Enhanced Care program which includes opt-out enrollment; tobacco cessation counseling will be individually tailored to spirometry/LDCT results and treatment with varenicline starting 4 weeks prior to their target quit date. This randomized trial will compare enrollment and cessation outcomes in Standard Care vs. Enhanced Care groups of challenging-to-treat, high-risk smokers.
A Phase 2 multi-center, open-label, single arm study of nab-sirolimus in patients with well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) of the gastrointestinal tract, lung, or pancreas who have not received prior treatment with mTOR inhibitors
This study is a prospective, single-center, single-arm early feasibility study, to establish safety and tolerability of LIFU for neuromodulation in patients with mild cognitive impairment ( MCI) due to Alzheimer's disease.
A Phase 2 Multi-center Open-label Trial of nab-Sirolimus in Combination with Letrozole in Advanced or Recurrent Endometrioid Endometrial Cancer
