NCT ID: NCT06028503 Recruiting - Type 2 Diabetes Clinical Trials

ACT Intervention for Type 2 Diabetes Management for Rural and Underserved Community

Start date: April 1, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this project is to examine the feasibility/acceptability of a one-day Acceptance and Commitment Therapy + Lifestyle Education group intervention paired with 12-weeks of Continuous Glucose Monitoring for patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D) living in rural communities. This study is being designed as a randomized control trial (RCT) comparing ACT+LE+CGM to LE+CGM to LE. The ultimate goal of this line of research is that a community-wide intervention of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and Lifestyle Education (LE) will improve T2D outcomes in rural communities compared to CGM and LE, or LE alone. Our goal is to develop a scalable and sustainable program for diabetes management in rural areas that enables individual self-management and does not require extensive healthcare resources in an existing medical desert.

NCT ID: NCT06028477 Not yet recruiting - Parkinson Disease Clinical Trials

Vibrotactile Coordinated Reset in Parkinson's Disease - Proof of Concept Study

Start date: October 29, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of our study is to evaluate Vibrotactile Coordinated Reset stimulation (vCR) and its effects on Parkinson's symptoms. vCR will be administered with a device called the Stanford Glove. vCR is expected to provide patients with a non-invasive alternative to the most widely used treatments such as Levodopa and/or deep brain stimulation. Patients will be followed for 14 months.

DAISY
Start date: August 15, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of combination therapy with nipocalimab and certolizumab compared to certolizumab monotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT06028425 Recruiting - Healthy Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate the Effect of Food on LOXO-783 in Healthy Participants

Start date: August 2, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to measure how much of LOXO-783 is in the bloodstream and how the body handles and eliminates LOXO-783 when administered in fasting and fed states in healthy participants. The study will also evaluate the safety and tolerability of LOXO-783. Participation could last up to 63 days including screening period.

NCT ID: NCT06028386 Recruiting - Diabetic Foot Ulcer Clinical Trials

Use of AC5® Advanced Wound System in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers

Start date: August 15, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this clinical evaluation is to collect and compare outcomes data from patients with UT 1A diabetic foot ulcers treated with 510K FDA cleared, commercially available self-assembling peptide, AC5®Advanced Wound System, as compared to an advanced standard of care. Patient outcomes will be compared at the end of the study.

NCT ID: NCT06028373 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumors

A Study of ATG-031 in Advanced Solid Tumors or B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas

Start date: December 8, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

ATG-031 study (alias: PERFORM) is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1 study of ATG-031 in patients with advanced solid tumors or B-NHL. The study design includes a Dose Escalation Phase and a Dose Expansion Phase, and will enroll patients with advanced solid tumors (i.e., preferred tumor types) or relapsed/refractory (R/R) B-NHLs. The study's primary objective is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ATG-031 and determine the RP2D(Refered Phase II dose) of ATG-031.

NCT ID: NCT06028334 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Traumatic Brain Injury

GetUp&Go: A Randomized Controlled Trial of an Intervention to Enhance Physical Activity After TBI

Start date: December 19, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate GetUp&Go, a program for promoting increased physical activity in individuals at least 6 months post moderate-to-severe traumatic brain injury. GetUp&Go is a remotely delivered 10-week program that includes one-on-one sessions with a therapist and a mobile health application (RehaBot). The main question is whether participants in the 10-week GetUp&Go program increase their physical activity, and exhibit associated benefits in mental and physical health, relative to those who are put on a waitlist. - Question 1: Do participants who receive immediate treatment with GetUp&Go show more increased physical activity, measured by accelerometer activity counts per day, and improve more on secondary outcomes, such as self-reported physical activity, emotional function, fatigue, sleep, pain, and health-related quality of life, compared to their baseline, relative to those who are put on a waitlist? - Question 2: Do participants who have continued access to the mobile health component of the intervention, RehaBot, show better maintenance of physical activity gains compared to those who no longer have access to RehaBot? - Question 3: Are individual participant characteristics associated with participants' response to the treatment program?

NCT ID: NCT06028282 Enrolling by invitation - Thyroid Disease Clinical Trials

Post-RAI Therapy Dosimetry and Quality Assessment of Target Tissue Dosing

Varian
Start date: November 8, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The goal of this clinical trial study is to(1) determine the tissue specific dose of I-131 taken up by residing thyroid issue in the thyroid bed post-RAI along with any other sites in the neck and mediastinum as well as (2) correlate the dose delivered to residual tissues in the neck with patient follow-up based clinical outcomes, biochemical and imaging data following RAI therapy in patients with well-differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC). The main question[s] it aims to answer are: - [question 1] How can obtained whole body and planar images more adequately depict residual iodine-avid disease in the thyroid bed, neck or mediastinum? - [question 2] How can we obtain information on the dose taken up by the tumor remnant to know how much radionuclide actually went to the residual disease/tissue? Participants will [describe the main tasks participants will be asked to do, treatments they'll be given and use bullets if it is more than 2 items].
