US PRECISION Implementation Study

The primary objective of this community program intervention study is to assess the process and potential benefits of integrating the AIRQ™, Asthma Checklist, and educational resources (PRECISION program) into clinical practice using either in-person or telehealth visits. The secondary objectives are to assess asthma patients' clinic visit experiences when the AIRQ™, the Asthma Checklist, and educational resources (PRECISION program) are utilized as part of a telehealth or in-person visit with their HCP, and to explore change in AIRQ™ scores from the initial visit to follow-up visit(s) (when available).

A Study of ART24 in Subjects Recently Cured of a Clostridioides Difficile Infection (CDI)

This is a randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, multi-site study in which up to approximately 36 subjects with a recent C. difficile infection (CDI) who have completed a standard of care course of CDI antibiotics and have achieved clinical cure based on signs and symptoms, will be randomized to 7 or 28 daily doses of ART24 or placebo. Subjects will be followed for 6 months after the last dose of study drug.

Children will receive usual care during the summer intensive program and the investigators will access medical records to assess effectiveness. Children and caregivers will also be asked to participate in semi-structured interviews upon the completion of the episode of care.

This study is being conducted to understand the use of a mobile app (titled Pathway) to help patients track depression symptoms, medications, side effects, and goals in addition to the usual care with their doctor. Investigators will compare the effect of the app over 6 months and examine whether the app can increase engagement between patients and their doctor and help in the management of illnesses as patients start a new treatment for depression. The investigators hope that using an app to facilitate management of depression symptoms, medication use, and side effects will help patients and their providers understand their response to medications and lead to better response and improvements in depression.
