NCT ID: NCT05545059 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Resistant Hypertension

Effects and Safety of Sacubitril/Valsartan on Refractory Hypertension

Start date: September 24, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Resistant hypertension (RH) accounted for a considerable proportion of patients with hypertension. It has been revealed to impose certain adverse effects on the prognosis of patients with cardiovascular diseases. The antihypertensive effect of sacubitril/valsartan being fully confirmed in previous studies, there were no related randomized controlled trials (RCT) about this potency among Chinese patients with RH. The investigators designed this study to evaluated effects and safety of sacubitril/valsartan versus valsartan on Chinese patients with RH.

NCT ID: NCT05544812 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

A Small-sample, Real-world Study of Sintilimab Plus Bevacizumab/Cetuximab Plus XELOX Regimen for Conversion Therapy in Patients With Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Start date: May 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to acssess the efficacy and the safety of Sintilimab plus bevacizumab/cetuximab plus XELOX regimen for conversion therapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer

NCT ID: NCT05544253 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Safety and Efficacy of Mitomycin C-based HIPEC After srHCC and PM of HCC

Start date: October 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is featured by the spontaneously rupture when suffering severe cirrhosis and intratumoral overpressure. It is a fatal complication with an acute mortality. Importantly, it is served as an independent risk factor for peritoneal metastasis (PM) of HCC with poor prognosis. The systematic agents effective to extrahepatic lesions confers modest efficacy towards PM. HIPEC, as a novel strategy, has been proved by overwhelming studies that it is effective to peritoneal malignant tumors. However, there is absence of prospective study of HIPEC efficacy towards HCC.

NCT ID: NCT05544149 Recruiting - Clinical trials for SCLC,Extensive Stage

TRT for ES-SCLC After First Line Treatment With Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors

Start date: September 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Thoracic Radiotherapy for?ES-SCLC After First Line Treatment with Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors.

NCT ID: NCT05544123 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

The Treatment Situation of Chinese County Population With Breast Cancer

Start date: September 29, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The study is a multi-center, non-interventional, prospective observational study which enrols 2500 breast cancer patients from China county area. The purpose of this study is to be aware of the real-world data of the current breast cancer diagnosis and treatment model in the county. It aims to understand the gap between the county and the SOC in the diagnosis and treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05544110 Recruiting - PTSD Clinical Trials

Precise Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for Post-traumatic Stress Disorder

Start date: February 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation under precise localization for post-traumatic stress disorder

NCT ID: NCT05544071 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Major Depressive Disorder

the Safety and Effectiveness of Precise rTMS Based on Neuroimaging in the Treatment of Adolescent Depression With Anhedoniadepression With Anhedonia

Start date: February 12, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates a schedule of precise repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for depressive adolescent with anhedonia. In this randomized controlled trial, half of the participants will receive repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, and the other will receive sham stimulation.

NCT ID: NCT05543967 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Establish Diagnostic Models Based on Olfactory Function and Odor-induced Brain Activation for Diabetes-Related Cognitive Impairment

Start date: October 18, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a cross-sectional and longitudinal study to establish diagnostic models based on olfactory function assessments and odor-induced brain activation for cognitive impairment in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

NCT ID: NCT05543954 Recruiting - Lung Neoplasms Clinical Trials

68Ga-FAPI-RGD PET/CT Imaging in the Lung Cancer Patients

Start date: September 3, 2022
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Based on the high expression of specific receptors on the surface of diseased tissues and neovascularization, noninvasive targeted molecular imaging can be used to visualize lesions in vitro by combining specific ligands labeled with short half-life isotopes. Lung cancer tissues express fibroblast activating protein FAP, and also have high expression of integrin αVβ3 receptor on the surface of blood vessels. In this study, a novel dual-target imaging agent 68Ga-FAPI-RGD was used for PET/CT imaging of lung cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05543343 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Pulmonary Disease, Chronic Obstructive

Staphylococcus and Neisseria Tablets in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbations of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

Start date: January 5, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

It is planned to enroll 495 acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients, and they will be randomly assigned to the high-dose test group, normal dose test group or control group at a ratio of 1:1:1, with 165 patients in each group. The course of treatment is 90 days, and the total follow-up time is one year. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of different doses of bacterial lysates (Staphylococcus and Neisseria Tablets) in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
