Efficacy and Safety Of Different Regimens In Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Receiving Intensive Insulin Therapy

Start date: September 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this studay is to compare the efficacy of different hypoglycemic regimens versus twice-daily premixed insulin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients after short-term ntensive Insulin Therapy by using continuous glucose monitoring.

NCT ID: NCT05545787 Recruiting - Colorectal Polyp Clinical Trials

Cold or Hot Snare Endoscopic Mucosal Resection for 10-19mm Non-pedunculated Colorectal Polyps

Start date: October 14, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, randomized, open-label, non-inferiority, multiple-center trial. Outpatients who are scheduled to undergo colonoscopy and found eligible polyps will be randomized to receive either cold snare endoscopic mucosal resection (CS-EMR) or hot snare endoscopic mucosal resection (HS-EMR). This study aims to compare the efficacy and safety of CS-EMR or HS-EMR for the resection of non-pedunculated colorectal polyps sized 10-19mm.

NCT ID: NCT05545657 Recruiting - Type 2 Diabetes Clinical Trials

Relationship and Central Mechanism Between Diabetes and Cognitive Impairment Based on Simultaneous EEG-fMRI Approach and Peripheral Neuropathology Biomarkers Assay

Start date: October 18, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a cross-sectional and longitudinal study to investigate the relationship and central mechanism between type 2 diabetes and cognitive impairment based on the simultaneous EEG-fMRI approach and peripheral neuropathology biomarkers assay.

NCT ID: NCT05545631 Recruiting - Infertility Clinical Trials

Frozen Embryo Transfer Pregnancy Outcomes Prediction by Microbiome and Transcriptome

Start date: September 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study intends to explore the correlation between cervical microbiome, gut microbiome, transcriptome and pregnancy outcomes of frozen embryo transfer patients through a multicenter prospective observational study, and to explore the predictive value of microbiome on pregnancy outcome.

NCT ID: NCT05545618 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

Brain-heart Interaction in Coronary Plaque Stability and Cardiovascular Events

Blueprint
Start date: January 1, 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The effect of brain-heart interaction remains unclear. The study aims to investigate the biological interconnection between brain neural activity and coronary plaque morphological and inflammatory features, as well as their connection with clinical outcomes.

NCT ID: NCT05545592 Recruiting - FET Clinical Trials

Reduced Oestrogen Dosage to Improve the Outcome of Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer

Start date: October 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is a single-center, randomized, controlled prospective study. Those who will recieve hormone replacement therapy-frozen thawed embryo transfer (HRT-FET) are enrolled in the study. To determine the effect of oestrogen dosage reducion on maternal and fetal complications in HRT-FET cycles while maintaining the similar clinical pregnancy outcome in HRT-FET cycles with regular oestrogen dosage.

NCT ID: NCT05545475 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Anticoagulants and Bleeding Disorders

Safety of Anticoagulant Therapy After Tissue Glue for Gastric Varices

Start date: January 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study aimed to clarify the safety of anticoagulant therapy after glue injection for cirrhotic variceal bleeding patients with portal vein thrombosis.

NCT ID: NCT05545436 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Locally Advanced Gastric Cancer

Carrelizumab (PD-1) Combined With Chemotherapy in Neoadjuvant Treatment of Locally Advanced Gastric Cancer

Start date: September 20, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a single-arm, open, exploratory clinical study to evaluate the efficacy of carrelizumab (PD-1) combined with chemotherapy (SOX/XELOX) as neoadjuvant therapy and to observe the changes of tumor immune microenvironment in patients with locally advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer (T3-4NXM0).

NCT ID: NCT05545397 Recruiting - Gastritis Clinical Trials

Sedation Level on Machine Learning With Electroencephalogram in Painless Gastroenteroscopy Patients

Start date: September 15, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Painless endoscopy technology can make patients comfortable under anesthesia, but because of the painless inside. The diagnosis and treatment time of endoscopic examination is short, and the transport is fast. Anesthesia related wind such as deep breathing depression and hypoxemia will occurRisks.Eeg depth monitoring can assist anesthesiologists to evaluate the depth of anesthesia and reduce the risk. Artificial intelligence is adopted. There are few reports on the evaluation of anesthesia depth and drug dosage by electroencephalogram (EEG) monitoring in outpatient patients with painless gastroenteroscopy.

NCT ID: NCT05545293 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Gastric Carcinoma

Prospective Study on Double-Stapling End-to-End Gastroduodenostomy Billroth-I Anastomosis in Laparoscopy-Assisted Surgery for Locally Advanced Distal Gastric Cancers

Start date: September 14, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical application value of Double-Stapling End-to-End Gastroduodenostomy Billroth-I Anastomosis in Laparoscopy-Assisted Surgery for Locally Advanced Distal Gastric Cancers.
