Filter by:This study is a multi-center, observational, real-world study. We planned to recruit 420 HR+ locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer patients who had received or had not received prior systemic therapy. All patients included in the analysis were receiving or planning to receive dalpiciclib-containing regimens without restrictions, completely following the physician 's clinical choice, to assess the efficacy and safety of dalpiciclib-containing regimens.
The study is composed of three paper self-questionnaires to be filled in by the patients included at distance (> 6 months) from their diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer, in order to limit the impact of the announcement on the filling out the questionnaires. After verification of the eligibility criteria, the medical oncologist will present the study to patients coming to the ICL for a follow-up consultation as part of their regular care. The patients will meet with a clinical research nurse so that she can explain the again and answer any questions they may have. She will also give the patients the questionnaires questionnaires and will give a presentation of the questions asked. After this meeting, the patients will be given sufficient time to reflect on, which may extend until their next visit to the ICL, in order to express, if they wish, their opposition to participating in the study. If she agrees to participate, the patient can then complete the questionnaires as well as the complementary questionnaire and place them in a closed envelope to be given to the clinical research nurse. The completion of the questionnaires will be completely anonymous. The data of those who object to the use of their data will be deleted from the database. After the completion of the questionnaires, and in order to allow a benefit for the patient, a semi-directive interview in the form of a teleconsultation with a psycho-oncologist and sexologist will be offered. The interviews are not mandatory. The time to fill in the self-questionnaires is estimated at 30 minutes and the semi-directive interview can last up to one hour. Finally, at the end of the study, as part of her subsequent care, each patient participating in the study will have the possibility to renew a teleconsultation with the psycho-oncologist and sexologist if she feels the need. As the subject of the study may generate personal questions and lead to a request for psychological and/or sexological care.
This study was to develop and evaluate the self-efficacy and resilience of the Breast Cancer Self-Care App in newly diagnosed breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
A multicenter trial to investigate TBio-4101, an autologous, neoantigen-selected, tumor-reactive TIL product, in patients with advanced solid malignancies.
Fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is overexpressed in cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), which constitute a major proportion of cells within the tumor microenvironment, especially in breast cancer. Previous studies have demonstrated that FAPI PET/CT performs well in cases of epithelial tumors, including breast cancer. This prospective study is going to investigate the performance and value of Al18F-NOTA-FAPI-04 PET/CT in patients with breast cancer.
Fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is overexpressed in cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), which constitute a major proportion of cells within the tumor microenvironment, especially in breast cancer. 68Ga-FAPI has been developed as a tumor-targeting agent. This prospective study is going to investigate the performance and value of 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT in patients with breast cancer.
To investigate the efficacy and safety of Dalpiciclib, Fulvestrant, Trastuzumab and Pertuzumab in HR+/HER2+ Metastatic Breast Cancer
The goal of this clinical trial-prospective study will provide important information on equitable implementation strategies to improve hypertension management in women with breast cancer by evaluating the feasibility and safety of remote hypertension management using home blood pressure telemonitoring that will provide individualized hypertension management, health and wellness education for hypertension prevention of women with breast cancer stages I-IV. Also this study may provide evidence to inform a potential paradigm shift in joint social and clinical management of hypertension that future studies may use to address complex social and clinical comorbidities that affect women with hypertension in Mississippi. The main questions this study aims to answer are: 1. To examine the feasibility of using home BP telemonitoring to provide individualized hypertension management in a population of women with breast cancer and food insecurity. 2. To examine the effectiveness of telemonitoring in achieving 2017 ACC/AHA guidelines for hypertension control in women with breast cancer and food insecurity using the RE-AIM framework. 3. To pilot the integration of a community service partnership to decrease food insecurity in the 40 women who participate in the home BP telemonitoring program. Using the mailed telemonitoring kit (iPad tablet and Blood Pressure Cuff) the participants of this study will be asked to access a daily health session using iPad and obtain a blood pressure measurement using blood pressure cuff that transmits readings wirelessly via Bluetooth to the tablet which is uploaded directly to the participants UMMC electronic health records. Participants are asked to obtain two consecutive blood pressure measurements during each session and register at least 6 sessions per week. The study duration will be 6 months. Every 2 weeks blood pressure measurements will be assessed. If less than 75% of measurements are at goal systolic blood pressure 75% of measurements are at goal systolic blood pressure<130mmHg and diastolic blood pressure <80mmHg, the patients nurse coordinator will contact them via telephone and assess for medication adherence and report to the patient's primary care provider and oncologist.
This is a prospective non-interventional, multicenter study observing patient reported outcomes as well as real-world efficacy and safety of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) in patients with documented Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive unresectable or metastatic breast cancer (BC) and in patients with documented HER2-low unresectable or metastatic BC receiving T-DXd in line with the applicable summary of product characteristics (SmPC) within routine clinical practice in Germany. In addition, patients will be informed about use of digital healthcare application (DiGA).
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called ARV-471) when given together with other medicines for the potential treatment of advanced or metastatic breast cancer. This study is seeking participants who have breast cancer that: - is advanced, may have spread to other organs (metastatic) and cannot be fully treated by surgery or radiation therapy - is sensitive to hormonal therapy (it is called estrogen receptor positive); and - is no longer responding to previous treatments This study is divided into separate sub-studies. For Sub-Study B: All participants will receive ARV-471 and a medicine called ribociclib. ARV-471 and ribociclib will be given at the same time by mouth, at home, 1 time a day. The experiences of people receiving the study medicine will be examined. This will help determine if the study medicine is safe and effective. Participants will continue to take ARV-471 and ribociclib until their cancer is no longer responding, or side effects become too severe. They will have visits at the study clinic about every 4 weeks.
