Seasickness Susceptability and Vestibular Time Constant

Participants were selected from the military navy crewmembers prior to commencing of active sailing. A vestibular time constant was calculated based on velocity step testing on a rotatory chair at baseline, 3 months and 6 month following active sailing duty. A seasickness questionnaire (WIKER) was completed during follow-up visits. study participants were divided to three groups based on WIKER score - susceptible , non-susceptible and habituating. Vestibular time constant was compared between study groups.

ASTER will generate critical real-world evidence on the benefits of adding anifrolumab to standard of care treatment for SLE in routine clinical practice, to inform physicians, payers and patients.

A Research Study to Look at How Ziltivekimab Works Compared to Placebo in People With Heart Failure and Inflammation

This study will be done to see if ziltivekimab can be used to treat people living with heart failure and inflammation. Participants will either get ziltivekimab or placebo. Participants will get study medicine for once-monthly injections either in a pre-filled syringe to inject the study medicine into a skinfold or a pen-injector to inject the study medicine into flat skin. The study is expected to last for up to 4 years. Participants will have up to 20 clinic visits. Participants will have to use a study app on their phone to record and share information about all their injections of study medicine and to fill in questionnaires.

Study of Novel Treatment Combinations in Patients With Lung Cancer

The goal of this platform clinical trial is to test how well novel treatment combinations work in participants with lung cancer. Substudy-01 will compare the different novel combinations versus standard of care in participants with metastatic (cancer that has spread) non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have have not been treated before. Substudy-02 will compare the different novel combination versus standard of care in participants with cancer that has progressed after receiving previous treatment for metastatic NSCLC. Substudy-03 will compare the different novel combinations versus standard of care in participants with resectable stage II-III NSCLC. The primary objectives of this study are: Substudy-01 and Substudy-02: To evaluate the objective response rate (ORR) assessed per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST v1.1). Substudy-03: To evaluate the efficacy of treatment combinations based on complete pathological response (pCR) rate.

The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the antiretroviral activity of a switch to DOR/ISL compared with continued BIC/FTC/TAF at Week 48; and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a switch to DOR/ISL compared with continued BIC/FTC/TAF, through Week 48. The primary hypotheses are that (1) DOR/ISL is non-inferior to continued BIC/FTC/TAF, as assessed by the percentage of participants with HIV-1 ribonucleic acid (RNA) ≥50 copies/mL at Week 48, with a margin of 4 percentage points used to define non-inferiority; and (2) DOR/ISL is superior to BIC/FTC/TAF, as assessed by the percentage of participants with HIV-1 RNA ≥50 copies/mL at Week 48.
