The goal of this compassionate access program is to provide early access to REP 2139-Mg for patients with HBV mono-infection or HBV / HDV co-infection who either have advanced (decompensated) cirrhosis or who have failed to response to other other antiviral agents either approved or under development and who are in danger of progressing to decompensated cirrhosis. This compassionate access program will provide access to a once weekly regimen of subcutaneously (SC) administered REP 2139-Mg for a period of 48 weeks with the goal of achieving functional cure of HDV and or HBV, with the reversal of liver disease in the absence of antiviral therapy. The safety, tolerability and efficacy of SC REP 2139-Mg will be monitored during and after therapy
This is an expanded access program (EAP) for eligible participants. This program is designed to provide access to Telisotuzumab vedotin prior to approval by the local regulatory agency. Availability will depend on territory eligibility. A medical doctor must decide whether the potential benefit outweighs the risk of receiving an investigational therapy based on the individual patient's medical history and program eligibility criteria.
Expanded access for participants with cancer with RET activation who are ineligible for an ongoing selpercatinib (also known as LOXO-292) clinical trial or have other considerations that prevent access to selpercatinib through an existing clinical trial. The treating physician/investigator contacts Lilly when, based on their medical opinion, a patient meets the criteria for inclusion in the expanded access program.
The intent of this protocol is to provide continued access to vamorolone for subjects in the United States who Have Completed the VBP15-LTE, VBP15- 004, or VBP15-006 protocols (and are thereby ineligible to enroll in another trial of vamorolone therapy), during the time a new drug application for vamorolone is under preparation and review.
The participants in the study are patients who undergo surgery to damaged nerve transmission and processing system in the nervous system as part of the routine clinical treatment that will not be affected by the proposed study. Patients who are candidates for procedures are referred from all over the country and undergo a multidisciplinary evaluation in the framework of the Palliative Pain Management Clinic, which operates exclusively in Israel at the Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv.

Values in increasing speeds from walking to running. 2. Changing resistance and incline on an elliptical trainer 3. Ground jogging. 4. Stair climbing. 5. Treadmill running. 6. Walking.
