There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The objective of this project is to pioneer a novel protocol for the adjunctive screening of early-stage esophageal cancer and its precancerous lesions. The anticipated outcomes include simplifying the training process for users, shortening the duration of examinations, and achieving a more precise assessment of the extent of esophageal cancer invasion than what is currently possible with ultrasound technology. This research endeavors to harness the synergy of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and Magnifying endoscopy, augmented by the pattern recognition and correlation capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI), to detect early esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its invasiveness, along with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia. The overarching goal is to ascertain the potential and significance of this approach in the early detection of esophageal cancer. The project's primary goals are to develop three distinct AI-assisted diagnostic systems: An AI-driven electronic endoscopic diagnosis system designed to autonomously identify lesions. An AI-based EUS diagnostic system capable of automatically delineating the affected areas. A multimodal diagnostic framework that integrates electronic endoscopy with EUS to enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
We plan to conduct a 68Ga-DOTA-dPNE PET/CT imaging study on breast cancer patients to observe the binding of the tracer to lesions and evaluate CD73 expression. Alongside this, we will correlate these imaging results with relevant clinical indicators to assess the effectiveness of 68Ga-DOTA-dPNE in diagnosing and guiding treatment in breast cancer patients. This study aims to predict responses to targeted therapies.
Functional near-infrared spectroscopy was used to investigate the cortical activation patterns and lateralization during swallowing tasks in 15 healthy middle-aged and elderly people and 15 healthy young people. It provides a theoretical basis for the study of swallowing function and a new idea for the treatment of patients with swallowing disorders.
This is a Phase Ia/IIb, open-label, first-in-human, multicenter, single-arm, dose escalation study of intratumoral CAN1012 combined with PD-1 in patients with Unresectable or Metastatic Advanced Solid Tumors who have exhausted options for standard of care therapy.
Due to the increasing number and prolonged survival of malignant tumor patients treated with radiotherapy, the complication, such as radiation-induced intestinal injury, has become increasingly significant. Glucocorticoids may play a therapeutic role by regulating the inflammatory response in patients with radiation-induced intestinal injury. However, the conclusions of related studies were controversial.
This is an open, multi-center, multi-cohort phase I clinical study designed to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and initial efficacy of FTL008.16 in patients with advanced and metastatic solid tumors.
Liver transplantation not only removes the liver tumor (seed) but also eliminates the underlying diseased liver (soil), making it an essential therapeutic approach for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, the tumor recurrence post-liver transplantation significantly jeopardizing the long-term survival of transplant recipients. Given the scarcity of donor livers, exploring effective measures to prevent tumor recurrence after liver transplantation holds significant clinical and societal value. Currently, there is no consensus on adjuvant therapy for preventing tumor recurrence post-liver transplantation for HCC, and the quantity and quality of studies on systemic chemotherapy are limited. In recent years, administration of the FOLFOX regimen combined with lenvatinib has been widely used in the treatment of advanced HCC, showing remarkable efficacy. The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of adjuvant chemotherapy with FOLFOX combined with lenvatinib in preventing tumor recurrence after liver transplantation for HCC beyond Milan criteria.
This is a prospective, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Nimotuzumab combined with GX for postoperative adjuvant treatment of pancreatic cancer.
This study is a double blind comparative study exploring the neural underpinnings of taVNS modulating PD motor deficits. We hypothesize that taVNS might improve PD motor deficits by regulating the balance between excitation and inhibition in the primary motor cortex.
Despite advancements in Magnetic Seizure Therapy (MST) and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), there remains a need for further research to replicate clinical outcomes and understand the therapeutic targets of these treatments. This study aims to address these gaps through a double-blinded, randomized, non-inferiority investigation comparing the efficacy, tolerability, cognitive adverse effects, and neurophysiological biomarkers of MST and bilateral ECT in patients with MDD.
