NCT ID: NCT06346496 Completed - Depression Clinical Trials

Young People Aged 18-25 With Depression or Anxiety Mood Participate in an LLM-based Digital Dialogue Intervention Study

Start date: November 20, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is a 28-day randomized controlled trial (RCT). Residents were randomly assigned to an intervention group or a waiting group according to the order in which they were successfully contacted by the staff, and each user was asked to engage in a total of 28 days of dialog intervention with the Douyin companion bot and complete three psychological questionnaires (on Days 1, 14, and 28); however, the intervention group began to receive the dialog intervention after completing the first questionnaire, and the waiting group began to receive the dialog intervention after completing the third questionnaire. During the first four weeks, the waiting group was treated as a blank control. The two groups of subjects completed the three questionnaires at exactly the same point in time. Each user's depression, anxiety, and positive and negative emotions were measured using the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) and the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS), respectively.

NCT ID: NCT06345885 Completed - Clinical trials for Human Papillomavirus Vaccines

This study will assess the immunogenicity and safety of one dose of Cecolin and one dose of Gardasil

NCT ID: NCT06344689 Completed - Clinical trials for Patients With Cicatricial Ectropion

Surgical Correction of Cicatricial Ectropion

Start date: December 12, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The main purpose of this study is to verify and compare the treatment effects of scarred ectropion surgery, perform statistical descriptions, compare patients undergoing tarsal strip and skin flap procedures with those undergoing simple skin flap treatment, and compare their pre- and post-operative Ectropion Grading Scale (EGS) and subjective and objective symptom changes. Secondary Objective: To observe the incidence and resolution of complications after lower eyelid ectropion surgery. Compare postoperative effects among patients of different ages undergoing the same surgery.

NCT ID: NCT06344299 Completed - Clinical trials for Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Predictors for Low Rates of Surgical Resection in Elderly Patients With Resectable Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Start date: January 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

More and more older adults are diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), but the rate of surgical resection in patients with resectable tumour is still low. Clinical workers need to take more attention to oncologic care in this group. It's significant to explore potential predictors for impacting elderly patients chose to abandon surgical resection.

NCT ID: NCT06342622 Completed - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Young-onset Colorectal Cancer Screening Based on Artificial Intelligence

Start date: December 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In this study, we aimed to develop, internally and temporally validate the machine learning models to help screen YOCRC bansed on the retrospective extracted Electronic Medical Records (EMR) data.

NCT ID: NCT06341998 Completed - Germ Cell Tumor Clinical Trials

Clinical Study of Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Recurrent/Refractory Yolk Sac Tumor in Children

SCRRYST
Start date: June 1, 2020
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Remarkable progress has been made in treating germ-cell tumor (GCT) through the use of platinum-based regimens. However, part of yolk sac tumor (YST) with cisplatin resistance or recurrence is nevertheless prone to relapse after second-line treatment. This leaves a gap in effective treatment, which needs to be filled by novel therapeutic approaches. This paper is the first one to report the treatment combining sirolimus with nab-paclitaxel, ifosfamide, and carboplatin (S-TIC) for children with repeated relapsed or refractory yolk sac tumor (rrrYST).

NCT ID: NCT06340815 Completed - Tumor, Solid Clinical Trials

Varian ProBeam Proton Therapy System Clinical Trial (Shandong)

Start date: July 20, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is prospective, single-center, single-arm objective performance criteria. This trial will be conducted with a total of 47 subjects enrolled. All of subjects will be treated with radiation therapy using the medical device Varian ProBeam Proton Therapy System (ProBeam), aim to compare the data with objective performance criteria (OPC) to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ProBeam radiotherapy system for oncology patients, providing a clinical basis for the medical device registration.

NCT ID: NCT06339697 Completed - Colon Polyp Clinical Trials

Short-term Effects of Bowel Preparation on Gut Microbiome in Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Colon Polypectomy

Start date: December 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

To investigate the role of different types of laxatives (compounded polyethylene glycol electrolyte dispersions and compounded sodium pico-sulfate) on the composition, evolution and recovery of the gut microbiome of patients with colonic polyps undergoing bowel preparation.

NCT ID: NCT06339385 Completed - Pain Clinical Trials

Management of PADIS in Emergency Intensive Care Unit

Start date: June 13, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Investigate the prevalence of PADIS in EICU, as well as the awareness and clinical implementation status of medical staff towards PADIS. The investigators conducted a multicenter cross-sectional survey in mainland China, including a one-day point prevalence investigation and a questionnaire survey. The inclusion criteria encompassed all adult patients admitted to the participating emergency department intensive care units (EDICUs) during the on-site screening, while exclusion criteria comprised patients aged less than 18 years, EDICU stays duration less than 24 hours before the screening, and participation in other concurrent trials. Hospital and nursing records from the 24 hours preceding enrollment were examined to document the assessment rate of pain, agitation-sedation, and delirium. Physicians and nurses on duty 24 hours before the patients' enrollment was invited to complete the questionnaire survey regarding the ICU profiles, professional expertise, assessment and treatment of PAD, early mobilization, and sleep improvement practices.

NCT ID: NCT06339073 Completed - Wounds and Injuries Clinical Trials

CT-based Model for Predicting Prolonged Weaning in Patients With Abdominal Trauma

Start date: October 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Critically ill patients often require tracheal intubation for mechanical ventilation, and timely weaning is crucial for airway management and reducing complications. However, there is currently a lack of an effective tool to predict weaning time in critically ill patients. This retrospective study established an effective nomogram model for predicting the time of weaning from mechanical ventilation in abdominal trauma patients by considering multiple perspectives. The model has been validated and demonstrated good performance in terms of discrimination, calibration, and clinical utility. Moreover, the model can effectively predict the prognosis of critically ill patients. The findings of this study have important implications for guiding respiratory management in clinically critically ill patients, particularly trauma patients.
