NCT ID: NCT06230224 Recruiting - Clinical trials for B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL)

A Trial to Learn How Effective and Safe Odronextamab is Compared to Standard of Care for Adult Participants With Previously Treated Aggressive B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

OLYMPIA-4
Start date: February 15, 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug. The study is focused on patients with previously treated aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma whose cancer has stopped responding to treatment (also known as 'refractory') or has returned (also known as 'relapsed'). The aim of the study is to see how effective the study drug is compared to standard of care (SOC) therapy. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: - What side effects may happen from taking the study drug versus SOC - How much study drug is in your blood at different times - Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects) - Comparing the impact from the study drug versus SOC on your quality-of-life and ability to complete routine daily activities

NCT ID: NCT06226766 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

JSKN033 in Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Malignant Tumors

Start date: January 18, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is an open-label, multicenter, first-in-human, Phase I/II (dose escalation and dose expansion) study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, immunogenicity and efficacy of JSKN033 in patients with advanced unresectable or metastatic solid malignant tumors that are expected to be HER2 expression (IHC ≥ 1+).

NCT ID: NCT06225596 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Urothelial Cancer

Study BT8009-230 in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Urothelial Cancer (Duravelo-2)

Start date: January 24, 2024
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a global, multicenter, randomized, open-label study, with an adaptive design. The main objective of the study is to measure the efficacy and safety of BT8009 (zelenectide pevedotin) as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer (UC). The study includes a dose selection phase followed by an adaptive design continuation. The study is comprised of 2 cohorts. Cohort 1 will include participants who have not received any prior systemic therapy for locally advanced or metastatic UC and are eligible to receive platinum-based chemotherapy, whereas Cohort 2 will include participants who have received ≥ 1 prior systemic therapy for locally advanced or metastatic UC.

NCT ID: NCT06223789 Recruiting - Atrial Fibrillation Clinical Trials

This clinical investigation is intended to demonstrate safety and effectiveness of the Volt™ Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) Catheter Sensor Enabled™, the Volt™ PFA Generator, Agilis™ NxT Steerable Introducer Dual-Reach™, and EnSite™ X EP System EnSite™ Pulsed Field Ablation Module (for simplicity of reference this device collection will hereafter be referred to as the Volt™ PFA system) for the treatment of symptomatic, recurrent, drug-refractory paroxysmal and persistent atrial fibrillation.

NCT ID: NCT06221969 Recruiting - Type 2 Diabetes Clinical Trials

A Research Study to See How Much CagriSema Lowers Blood Sugar and Body Weight Compared to Tirzepatide in People With Type 2 Diabetes Treated With Metformin With or Without an SGLT2 Inhibitor

Start date: January 16, 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study will look at how well CagriSema helps people with type 2 diabetes lower their blood sugar and body weight. CagriSema is a new investigational medicine. Doctors may not yet prescribe CagriSema. CagriSema will be compared to a medicine called tirzepatide that doctors may prescribe in some countries. Participants will get either CagriSema or tirzepatide. Which treatment participant get is decided by chance like flipping a coin. Participant will have an equal chance of receiving either drug. For each participant, the study will last for up to one and a half years.

NCT ID: NCT06220864 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

SNV1521 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: February 23, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study is testing a new medicine, SNV1521, for people with advanced cancers. The researchers want to find out if SNV1521 is safe, well-tolerated, and effective in treating solid tumors. They are investigating different doses in order to find the most effective and safe one.
