Filter by:This is an 8 week observational study to evaluate the feasibility of using remote monitoring technologies in future studies of PD. The study will 2 clinical evaluations (one initial, one final), and an 8-week monitoring period including 4 virtual visits where participants will use a combination of digital devices (Emerald touchless sensor system with associated ankle accelerometer, iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, Fitbit Aria, FitBit Versa, Withings Blood Pressure Monitor Connect, and/or Withings Sleep Mat) during their daily lives.
The purpose of this trial is to compare the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety, tolerability and immunogenicity of a single dose of 300 mg tralokinumab administered as a 1 × X mL subcutaneous (SC) injection with Device A and 2 × Y mL consecutive SC injections with Device B.
The main objectives of this trial are: - To evaluate the effect of BI 474121 on cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) - To assess the exposure of BI 474121 in CSF relative to plasma - To determine the exposure effect relationship in CSF with different oral doses of BI 474121
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the dose-related safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacological effects (PD) of CORT125329 after single and multiple ascending oral doses of CORT125329 lipid capsule formulations in healthy participants.
This study will assess the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of miricorilant (CORT118335) tablet formulations following single and multiple oral administration in healthy participants.
To investigate the effects of different montages of tDCS on muscle strength in healthy adults
