NCT ID: NCT04608045 Completed - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

Safety, Dose Tolerance, Pharmacokinetics, and Pharmacodynamics Study of CPX-POM in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: May 19, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The expansion study is a Phase I, multicenter, open label feasibility trial to characterize the pharmacologic activity of IV CPX-POM in bladder tumor tissues obtained from patients with MIBC (Stage ≥T2, N0-N1, M0) who will be scheduled for RC with bilateral (standard or extended) pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND). The Dose Escalation study was a Phase I, multicenter, open label, dose escalation study to evaluate the DLTs and MTD and to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of CPX-POM administered IV in patients with any histologically- or cytologically-confirmed solid tumor type and was completed.

NCT ID: NCT04608019 Completed - Cystic Fibrosis Clinical Trials

Streamlined Treatment of Pulmonary Exacerbations in Pediatrics

STOP-PEDS

In this pilot, randomized controlled trial, the investigators will compare the preliminary effectiveness of a gamification with social incentives 8 week intervention to increase physical activity for adults with stroke.

NCT ID: NCT04607733 Completed - Healthy Clinical Trials

A Study of Mirikizumab in Healthy Participants

Start date: November 2, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to compare the amount of mirikizumab that gets into the blood stream and how long it takes the body to get rid of it, when given as a solution formulation via manual prefilled syringe or autoinjector. The information about any adverse effects experienced will be collected and the tolerability of mirikizumab will also be evaluated. Screening is required within 28 days prior to the start of the study. For each participant, the total duration of the clinical trial will be about 17 weeks, including screening.

NCT ID: NCT04607304 Completed - Gastroparesis Clinical Trials

ABCA2 GIRMS Analytical Validation Clinical Performance Study

Start date: October 8, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to collect human breath samples for use in a validation study intended to demonstrate equivalent clinical performance measures of new ABCA2 GIRMS (Automated Breath Carbon Analyzer-2 Gas Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer) instruments to the currently FDA-approved ABCA GIRMS (Automated Breath Carbon Analyzer Gas Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer) system. ABCA GIRMS systems are used to analyze the ratio of 13CO2 to 12CO2 in patient breath samples during the GEBT (Gastric Emptying Breath Test) procedure.

NCT ID: NCT04607291 Completed - Clinical trials for Colorectal Carcinoma

Health Service Intervention for the Improvement of Access and Adherence to Colorectal Cancer Screening

Start date: September 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I study investigates how well a health service program called Witness CARES Services works in increasing access and adherence to colorectal cancer screening in patients who have not undergone a colorectal screening in the past year. Providing patients with navigational and screening services via Witness CARES Services may improve access to and adherence levels of colorectal screening.
