A Study of Lebrikizumab (LY3650150) Administered by Two Different Devices in Healthy Participants

The main purpose of this study is to look at the amount of the study drug, lebrikizumab, that gets into the blood stream and how long it takes the body to get rid of lebrikizumab (LY3650150) when given using either a pre-filled autoinjector (AI) or a pre-filled syringe with needle safety device (PFS-NSD). The safety and tolerability of lebrikizumab will also be evaluated. The study will last up to 102 days.

A Study of LY3484356 in Healthy Female Participants

Participants are healthy females of non-childbearing potential. The participant's involvement with the study will last approximately 27 days, not including screening.

Approximately 10 habitual soft contact lens wearing participants will be enrolled in this bilateral, randomized, double-masked (participant and investigator masked) repeated measures insertion study. All participants will be seen for a Screening/Dispensing Visit at which informed consent will be obtained and eligibility will be assessed. If participants satisfy all eligibility criteria and none of the exclusion criteria, participants will insert study lenses in random, successive order according to unique randomization schedules that will be provided to each Investigator.

UAB AIM Virtual Magic Camp

The magic camp for children with disabilities at UAB has been conducted yearly since 2018. This year, because of the Covid-19, the magic camp will be conducted online. The virtual magic camp will start in the beginning of June . It will run for 4 weeks. After one cohort, there will be another cohort starts in the beginning of July . Each cohort will have about 30 children with disabilities. Two occupational therapy graduate students will teach each child via Zoom to learn magic hand trick 3 times a week, one hour each. No studies evaluate the psychological benefits of learning magic tricks via online in children with disabilities. Therefore, this study is to evaluate the psychological being of the children participants after completing a virtual magic camp.

The project pilot tests an innovative Stroke Home health Aide Recovery Program (SHARP) designed to improve mobility and reduce falls in post-acute home bound stroke patients. SHARP will accomplish this by expanding the home-based rehabilitation team to include a corps of advanced HHAs specially trained as stroke "peer coaches." Coaches provide mentorship and support to generalist HHAs as they collaborate with patients and families to implement the therapeutic regimens prescribed by patients' physicians and rehabilitation therapists.

This is an open-label, controlled study, conducted at US sites to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effectiveness of the study drug letermovir in adults with HIV and asymptomatic cytomegalovirus (CMV) who are on antiretroviral therapy (ART)-mediated suppression. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either letermovir once daily or no anti-CMV treatment, for 48 weeks.
