The research objective is to assess efficacy of spleen ultrasound stimulation in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in a pilot study. Specific Aims: - Measure RA disease activity and clinical metrics during and after an 8-week course of spleen-directed daily ultrasound treatments. - Measure molecular correlates, including Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), cortisol and cytokine levels, of rheumatoid arthritis disease activity during spleen-directed daily ultrasound treatments.

This study will evaluate the feasibility of adapted ESDM-informed caregiver coaching in children with comorbid ASD and ADHD, who are between 36 and <132 months of age. There will be no study provided medication treatment in this study. Children will either be on ADHD medication prescribed by their own personal provider or will not be taking any ADHD medication (this will be documented by the study). The provided behavioral treatment will be eight ~60-minute sessions in ESDM-informed caregiver coaching delivered remotely through telehealth, for 8 consecutive weeks. The behavioral treatment is provided to children through Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)-informed caregiver coaching strategies, implemented within the child's typical daily routine by the caregiver.
The Survivor mobile health (mHealth) study is testing the use of wearable devices (Fitbits) and a smartphone application in cancer survivors. The goal of the program is to increase survivor's physical activity levels. The Fitbit will be synced to the app and participants will receive messages and notifications about their activity levels. Participants will also complete surveys through the app asking how useful it is and ways to improve it. The study team will conduct qualitative interviews at the completion of the 3 months to see how participants liked the program, and ways it can be improved and make it more specific to cancer survivors. The study team will also conduct interviews with providers and clinic staff to assess their perceptions of patient digital health programs and preferences for receiving patient-generated health data.
