There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study will evaluate the safety and clinical activity of MRTX849 (adagrasib) in combination with palbociclib in patients with advanced solid tumor malignancies with KRAS G12C mutation.
This study will collect EEG data at 3 time points from up to 40 adults who are enrolled in a double clinical trial investigating a device that delivers noninvasive, self-administered external Combined Occipital and Trigeminal Neurostimulation (eCOT-NS) treatment for Major Depressive Disorder (Relivion®DP). Baseline (Pre-treatment) Frontal EEG Alpha Oscillations (Power) will be compared post-stimulation power.
This is a global phase II, open label study in the subjects with Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma (aHCC) who were intolerant or had progressed after or intolerant to first-line Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors (ICI) such as Atezolizumab plus Bevacizumab, or ICI plus Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (TKI). Based on published and first-hand experience with the safety and tolerability of both GT90001 and Nivolumab, the proposed dose is GT90001 7 mg/kg in combination with Nivolumab 240 mg, infusion every two weeks. This study will enroll a total of 105 subjects to receive combinational therapy of Nivolumab and GT90001. • Nivolumab 240 mg will first be administered by intravenous infusion over 30 minutes, then 30 minutes later, give intravenous infusion of GT90001 7.0 mg/kg over 60 min, once every two weeks.
Phase 1b study to assess the combination of ARV-110 and abiraterone in patients with metastatic prostate cancer with rising PSA values on abiraterone.
The goal of the study is to examine long term sustained weight loss digital intervention in a diverse cohort of adults with overweight/obesity. The intervention includes social gaming (using game-like elements in nongame contexts to promote supportive social interactions and openness to positive behavioral influences) to reward behaviors, such as self-monitoring and social support. Investigators will accomplish objectives and test hypotheses by following two specific primary aims: 1. Determine if the intervention plus gaming produces significantly more weight loss at 12 months than the same intervention without gaming among 240 adults with overweight or obesity and ≥3 T2DM risk factors. 2. Examine the differences in social support provision and receipt between groups at 12 months.
This is a two-arm, randomized, controlled trial to evaluate the effectiveness of using a behaviorally designed gamification intervention with social support compared to an attention control group to increase physical activity during a 6-month intervention with a 3-month follow-up period. We will enroll 150 Black or Hispanic breast and prostate cancer survivors who are at an especially high risk for developing major CVD from two U.S. cancer centers: the University of Pennsylvania Health System and City of Hope National Medical Center. All participants will receive a wearable activity tracker (Fitbit) and will be enrolled in the Way to Health system, a research information technology platform at the University of Pennsylvania. Within the Way to Health platform, patients will set a goal to increase daily step count from baseline, and will then be randomized to gamification plus social support or to attention control. The study will evaluate the effect of the gamification intervention on daily physical activity (as measured by daily steps and moderate to vigorous physical activity), physical function, fatigue, and health-related quality of life.
Please note that Phase 1/2 (HV & MAD) cohort - recruitment is completed and Phase 3 Component (THRIVE) - is actively recruiting. The investigational drug, VRDN-001, is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of a cell surface receptor called insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R). Inhibition of IGF-1R may help to reduce the inflammation and associated tissue swelling that occurs in patients with thyroid eye disease (TED). This clinical trial will evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics (the concentration of drug in the blood over time) of VRDN-001 in healthy volunteers and in patients with TED. Study participants with TED will also be evaluated over time for changes in their signs and symptoms of TED compared to their baseline measurements.
This phase I/II trial tests the safety and side effects of LN-144 (Lifileucel) and pembrolizumab in treating patients with stage IIIB-D or stage IV melanoma that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes. Biological therapies, such as LN-144 (Lifileucel), use substances made from living organisms that may attack specific tumor cells and stop them from growing or kill them. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving lifileucel and pembrolizumab may make the tumor smaller.
This study is to observe the efficacy of the four food elimination diet.
This study will examine the effects of regular almond consumption by individuals with elevated HbA1c on long-term glycemic control.
