This open-label extension study, for subjects from the G201002 study, will provide additional long-term safety and tolerability data for GTx-024. All subjects in this study will receive GTx-024 3 mg orally, once daily.

A. Anemia is a common problem affecting pregnancy and can result in profound consequences to both the mother and the growing fetus. Current treatment usually includes administration of oral or IV iron, or blood transfusions. Vitamin C is known to affect iron metabolism and has been shown to improve outcomes when used in addition to iron, however, few studies have been performed in pregnancy. The primary aim of this study is to identify the effects of vitamin C on anemia in pregnancy. The Investigators propose a double-blind, randomized placebo controlled trial of 1000mg vitamin C supplementation in 200 low risk pregnancies with iron-deficiency anemia. All newly enrolled patients, who meet inclusion and exclusion criteria, will receive the standard of care evaluation and treatment for anemia in pregnancy. Additionally, patients will be randomized to receive either placebo or vitamin C and compliance monitored with a pill diary. Data will be analyzed by T tests and Mann-Whitney U test. If the data shows a positive statistical significance, vitamin C may be a useful supplement to iron in treating anemia.
This pilot randomized clinical trial (RCT) will randomize adults with chronic pain to one, 20-minute session of either: Brief Mindfulness-Based Intervention (BMBI) mindfulness training or nutrition education (Control). Following the session, participants will be encouraged to practice a technique associated with their intervention (i.e., practicing mindfulness technique in BMBI, preparing healthy meals in Control) 20 minutes/day for one week at home. Quantitative sensory testing (with cold pressor and algometer) will be conducted before and after the session, and self-reported outcome assessments will be conducted before and after the session and at 1-week follow-up.

QUILT-3.088 NANT Pancreatic Cancer Vaccine: Phase II Randomized Trial of the NANT Pancreatic Cancer Vaccine vs. Standard-of-Care as First- Line Treatment for Patients with Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer.
To evaluate the clinical safety and obtain preliminary effectiveness data for OrthoPure⢠XT device in a small group of US patients at 12 and 24 months. The clinical experience obtained from this study will be used to develop a pivotal study for follow up in a larger patient population.
This study is a prospective collection of data utilizing the Imaging Beta Probe (IBP) in patients with positron emission tomography (PET) positive disease. A pilot clinical study involving 5 patients will be conducted using the IBP. The sterilized IBP will be used intraoperatively in surgical wounds for localization of tumor sites and detecting completeness of excision vs. positive margins. The outcome of each of these studies will be documented and used to demonstrate clinical benefits of the new probe. The investigators will correlate the images from the probe of the Fludeoxyglucose (18FDG) positive tissue, both in-vivo and ex-vivo after dissection, with the previously performed PET scan and with the routine pathology results obtained on the surgical specimens.The experimental imaging modality studied in this protocol will be compared to clinically utilized modalities of ultrasound and PET/ CT. Localization between imaging modalities will be compared with respect to: detection and side of localization.
