Clinicians are recommended to assess athletes during the rehabilitation phase to identify athletes with potentially maladaptive psychological responses to injury. Therefore, the Psychological Readiness of Injured Athlete to Return to Sport (PRIA-RS) questionnaire was developed to assess the athlete's psychological readiness to return to sport. The aim of this study was to adapt the PRIA-RS questionnaire into Turkish and to establish its validity and reliability. Serial approach method will be used while translating the questionnaire into Turkish. In order to evaluate the validity of PRIA-RS, The Re-injury Anxiety Inventory and Tampa Kinesiophobia Scale will be applied to the participants.

The Effect of Different Music Listened During Retinopathy Examination to Premature Infants

Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP); It is a disease of premature and low birth weight infants, characterized by incomplete vascularization of the retina, etiology and pathogenesis of which is unknown, and causes vision loss. There is an increase in the incidence and severity of ROP development in direct proportion to the decrease in birth week and birth weight. While ROP is a problem below 32 weeks of gestation in developed countries, it is reported to develop severely up to 34 weeks of gestation in developing countries. In a multicenter study conducted by the Turkish Neonatology Society in our country, the frequency of ROP in very low birth weight preterm infants was found to be 42%, and the frequency of advanced ROP was 11%. The incidence of ROP in babies with a gestational age of 33-35 weeks was 6.1%, and advanced ROP was 6 per thousand. The frequency of ROP was found to be 10.3% in babies with a birth weight of 1500-2000 grams, and severe ROP was reported in 19 of these babies. ROP examination is a procedure that causes pain, deterioration in comfort and physiological changes in preterm newborns. After this examination, an increase in blood pressure and heart rate and a decrease in oxygen saturation are observed. Pharmacological and non-pharmacological (non-pharmacological) methods are used to reduce the pain and increase the comfort level of the premature newborn. As a pharmacological method, there is no other routine method used to reduce pain other than the administration of local anesthetic drops before the examination. Because of this situation, nurses apply various non-pharmacological methods to alleviate pain. These methods are; breast milk, sucrose use, oral dextrose use, non-nutritive sucking, positioning, listening to music and mother's voice. In the literature, no specific study was found in which music was used to reduce pain and increase the comfort level during the ROP examination. Therefore, this research will be carried out to determine the effect of different music played on the pain and comfort level of premature babies during the retinopathy examination.

Subacromial Impingement Syndrome (SSS) is one of the most common shoulder problems. The core region is considered a kinetic link that facilitates the transfer of torque and angular momentum between the upper and lower extremities during body movements. The decrease in core stabilization affects both trunk control and the quality of extremity movements depending on the kinetic chain in the body. The improvement in core stabilization balances the load transfer between the trunk and the extremities and reduces the asymmetry between the extremities. Core stabilization training should be included in rehabilitation programs as core stabilization is adversely affected in patients with CNS. For this reason, this study was planned to examine the effects of core stabilization training applied in addition to conventional treatment in patients with CNS on pain, range of motion, upper extremity function and core stability.

Tension-type headache is a headache that starts from the cervical and suboccipital regions, spreads from the back of the head to the parietal, frontal and temporal regions, and is felt in the form of compression, pressure and heaviness. Increased muscle and fascia tone in the cervical and cranial region, together with active trigger points and factors that trigger pain, cause tension-type headache. Head and neck fascia serves as an important proprioceptive structure in our body. Abnormal inputs from mechanoreceptors and structures around the joint cause deterioration in joint position sense. This study was planned to investigate the effects of the new facial distortion model on pain intensity, cervical posture and joint position sense, unlike the manual techniques used in previous studies in tension-type headache.

After meeting eligibility during the Screening Period, subjects will be randomized (1:1:1:1) to one of four treatment arms. - Arm 1: Placebo - Arm 2: 27 mg nalbuphine ER - Arm 3: 54 mg nalbuphine ER - Arm 4: 108 mg nalbuphine ER Each arm will be titrated to their fixed dose during the blinded 2-week Titration period followed by the 4-week Fixed Dose Period for a total of 6 weeks on drug.
