A Randomized, Placebo-controlled, Double-blind Crossover Study of 60 randomized cross over for total study duration of approximately 25 days with 5 days of treatment period for each arm and 5-7 days wash out period between both arms.

A Study to Describe the Breast Cancer Patient Population, Treatment, and Results in Indian Patients Receiving Combinations of the Medicines Called Palbociclib for Advanced Breast Cancer

The purpose of this clinical study is to describe the patient population, breast cancer treatment, and breast cancer treatment results of adult female patients who have received palbociclib combination treatments for advanced or metastatic breast cancer in India. There are two groups of patients this study will describe. The first group of patients will have received palbociclib in combination with aromatase inhibitor (as prescribed by the Physician) for the treatment of postmenopausal women with HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer as initial endocrine-based therapy for their metastatic disease. The second group of patients will have received palbociclib for the treatment of hormone receptor HR+/HER2- advanced or metastatic breast cancer in combination with fulvestrant in women with disease progression following endocrine therapy.

Phase 3 Study to Evaluate Immunogenicity and Safety of BBV154 Booster Dose

A total sample size of 875 healthy volunteers ages ≥18 years will be recruited in this study in the ratio of 2:1:2:1:1. Group 1: (BBV154 in COVAXIN recipients): In this group, 250 participants will be recruited and administered with a booster dose of BBV154 vaccine in form of drops (0.5 mL) via intranasal route, in individuals previously vaccinated with COVAXIN. Group 2: (BBV152(COVAXIN) in COVAXIN recipients): In this group, 125 participants will be recruited and administered with a booster dose of BBV152 vaccine, in individuals previously vaccinated with COVAXIN. Group 3: (BBV154 in COVISHIELD recipients) In this group, 250 participants will be recruited and administered with a booster dose of BBV154 vaccine, in individuals previously vaccinated with COVISHIELD. Group 4: (BBV152(COVAXIN) in COVISHIELD recipients) In this group, 125 participants will be recruited and administered with a booster dose of BBV152 (COVAXIN) vaccine, in individuals previously vaccinated with COVISHIELD. An Advanced Decision Support Tool, Opt-IVF for Clinical Ivf Practice

Aim: A Clinical trial to determine the effectiveness of using the proposed decision support tool for each patient's customized optimal drug dosage profile. This will be a two-arm clinical trial involving 200 patients; one arm will undergo superovulation using dosages predicted by the decision support tool while the other arm will undergo current standard treatment. The investigators will compare the outcomes of the two groups of patients in terms of the numbers and percentage of mature follicles retrieved at the end of each cycle, total FSH and HMG dosages used, and the number of required testing days for that cycle. The patients considered will include all ages, with and without PCOS, and low, average, and high responders.

Alcohol Use Disorders (AUD) form a major public health issue in India. In a densely populated country with limited mental health resources, it is challenging to treat those with AUD appropriately. Detoxification is the first step in dealing with clinically significant AUD. Institution based detoxification is not universally available and home based detoxification is mired with poor outcomes with people resuming drinking behaviour. This trail therefore aimed to study the effect of a psychosocial intervention to improve the outcome of domiciliary alcohol detoxification. The intervention involved Brief Interventions for alcohol and daily telephone monitoring and psychosocial support of patients undergoing home detoxification.
