NCT ID: NCT05632900 Completed - Clinical trials for ENDOSCOPIC ULTRASONOGRAPHY

COMPARISON OF OUTCOMES OF BI-FLANGED METAL STENT ALONE VERSUS BI-FLANGED METAL STENT WITH CO-AXIAL PLASTIC STENT FOR DRAINAGE OF WALLED-OFF PANCREATIC NECROSIS - A PROSPECTIVE RANDOMISED CONTROLLED STUDY.

BFMSP
Start date: July 17, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Endoscopic ultrasound guided drainage of WON with metal stent is the mainstay of WON management. But there are few complications related to BFMS , like bleeding due to vessel erosion, stent clogging , stent migration . This study is to assess, whether placing an anchoring DPS through the BFMS will decrease adverse events or not. There are only 2 retrospective studies till date ,comparing LAMS with coaxial stent vs LAMS alone. one study showed no significant decrease in adverse events , one study showed decrease in adverse events when DPS with LAMS . But there has been no prospective RCT to assess the utility of DPS to date

NCT ID: NCT05621395 Completed - Fatigue Clinical Trials

To Study the Effect of Investigational Product on Fatigue and Cardiorespiratory Fitness in Healthy Adults.

Start date: November 29, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

E-OJ-01 (Oxyjun®), a proprietary, standardized aqueous extract of TA, has been proven to improve cardiac output and thereby lead to better oxygenation capacity and exercise endurance. This, in turn, averts fatigue and improves physical functioning. Based on the previous studies of E-OJ-01 and the scientific literature available in support of the antioxidant and anti- inflammatory activity of TA bark, in the present study, it is hypothesized that E-OJ-01 will be able to reduce fatigue and improve the cardiorespiratory fitness of the male participants aged between 30 to 60 years.

NCT ID: NCT05613660 Completed - Healthy Clinical Trials

A Proof of Science, Dose-Response Study to Evaluate the Safety, Efficacy of Different Dosages of Test Treatments

Start date: January 11, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

A proof of science clinical study with randomized, four-arm, comparative, single-blind, within the arm - Dose-Response Study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of different collagen peptide-containing test treatments in adult human subjects. The dose-response will be evaluated for the effectiveness of each test treatment in three different dosages that is 2.5 g Versus 5 g Versus 10 g. 22 subjects will be enrolled per dose per test treatment to complete 20 subjects per dose per test treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05602402 Completed - Vision Disorders Clinical Trials

To Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of CAEP-01 on Eye Strain in Children With Heavy Screen Use

Start date: November 11, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Several recent clinical trials have highlighted the potential role of Product in promoting eye health.product whose structural and functional characteristics make it a promising bioactive compound in the prevention of several human diseases as well as in the maintenance of a good health status. it might relieve eyestrain in people using computer monitors as suggested who conducted a double-blind randomized clinical trial by enrolling visual display terminal workers and prescribed them product or placebo. Study outcomes were objectively evaluated by using a proper instrumentation to measure eye muscle endurance. Subjects receiving Product experienced a significant relief from eyestrain compared to the placebo group.

NCT ID: NCT05602389 Completed - Stress Clinical Trials

Study to Assess the Effect of Multi-herb Formulae and an Ashwagandha Root Formula on the Modulation of the Stress and Related Symptoms

Start date: December 8, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Two unique proprietary formulations of adaptogens VL-G-E12 formulation and an herbal blend containing VL-G-A57 is one of the most well-known adaptogens that has been used for years to enhance positive mood states, deepen sleep, and improve memory. The product has been proven to have a role in improving depression, enhancing work performance, eliminating fatigue and treating symptoms of asthenia subsequent to intense physical and psychological stress. The extract was tested on antidepressant, adaptogenic, anxiolytic, nociceptive and locomotor activities at doses of 10, 15 and 20 mg/kg, using predictive behavioral tests and animal models. The results show that this product extract significantly, but not dose-dependently, induced antidepressant-like, adaptogenic, anxiolytic-like and stimulating effects in mice. Studies reveal that this shrub has antimicrobial (including antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antiprotozoal, antimalarial, anthelmintic), anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, anti-hypercholesterolemia, anti-hypertensive, anti-carcinogenic, and immunomodulatory effect. The aim of the current study is to assess the adaptogenic effects of two potential investigational products VL-G-A57 and VL-G-E12 Their adaptogenic effect shall be investigated by assessing several clinical symptoms of HPA axis dysfunction such as stress, anxiety, sleep quality, fatigue, mood etc.

NCT ID: NCT05597085 Completed - Clinical trials for Adult Relapsed/Refractory B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

A Study of Patients Who Received Inotuzumab Ozogamicin for B-cell ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) That Occurred Again After the Last Treatment

Start date: March 8, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of the study was to understand the effectiveness and safety of the study medicine called Inotuzumab ozogamicin (InO) in patients with B-cell ALL in whom the disease occurred again after the last treatment. This retrospective Study enroll adult patients who: - were CD22 positive (a molecule in the body that stops the over activity of the immune system) - Received only InO for the treatment of B-cell ALL that occurred again after the last treatment - were Philadelphia chromosome positive (which occurs because of changes in genes) - failed treatment with at least one Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (type of medicine that blocks the action of enzymes called tyrosine kinases which takes care of many cell functions, such as cell growth and division). The patient data except their personal details are collected from a hospital based electronic medical record in India. In this study the effectiveness and safety of InO will be studied after it was released to the market. To do that, the study aims to gather details of B-cell ALL patients from 7 -10 hospitals across India: - in whom the disease occurred again - or those who never showed any improvement to earlier treatments - now being treated with InO alone Around 55 patients who have taken InO are likely to be enrolled in the study. Then by using a statistical model and with all the information gathered, the safety and effectiveness of InO will be decided.
