There are about 9745 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Israel. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy of Attention Control Training for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). ACT was found to be effective in decreasing attention bias variability and PTSD symptoms in combat veterans (Badura-Brack, et al., 2015). It is now important to continue the examination of ACT's efficacy in additional populations of patients with PTSD. Such extension of treatment to other traumatic experiences raises the question of whether the threatening content of the training material could be personalized for each patient.
The purpose of this study is to collect additional safety and efficacy data for the combination of ribociclib + letrozole in men and pre/postmenopausal women with HR+HER2- advanced breast cancer and no prior hormonal treatment for advanced disease..
Primary Objective: To compare the safety, in terms of percentage of patients with symptomatic documented hypoglycemia during Ramadan fast, of lixisenatide versus sulfonylurea (SU). Secondary Objectives: - To assess effect of lixisenatide versus SU on: - Changes in glycemic control; - Changes in body weight. - To assess overall safety of lixisenatide and SU.
A single arm, phase I, dose escalation trial and expansion cohort, examining the safety and feasibility of neoadjuvant pembrolizumab treatment for early resectable NSCLC patients. Hypothesis: The investigators hypothesize that response rate to neo-adjuvant pembrolizumab will be higher than the response rate of advanced NSCLC patients.
Study to Compare Ferric Carboxymaltose With Placebo in Patients With Acute Heart Failure and Iron Deficiency (Affirm-AHF)
Bread is the most common grain product in the world, with consumption surpassing 3 billion individuals per year. Sourdough whole-grain bread is considered a healthy alternative to white, refined-wheat bread. This cross-over study will test the effect of consumption of sourdough bread compared to white bread following a short dietary intervention period (one week) on multiple clinical parameters and gut microbiota.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the preliminary efficacy, safety, and tolerability of Nivolumab in combination with Ipilimumab or other treatment therapies in participants with advanced gastric cancer.
The aims of this study are: 1. To assess the prevalence of prematurity, especially early prematurity, among T1D patients, and compare it to the prematurity prevalence among the non-diabetic general population in Israel. 2. To characterize epidemiological and clinical factors that differ between premature-born patients that developed T1D and those that have not, including the nutritional and therapeutic properties in NICU.
This is a multicenter, randomized, open-label, 3-arm Phase 3 study to evaluate encorafenib + cetuximab plus or minus binimetinib versus Investigator's choice of either irinotecan/cetuximab or FOLFIRI/cetuximab, as controls, in patients with BRAFV600E mCRC whose disease has progressed after 1 or 2 prior regimens in the metastatic setting. The study contains a Safety Lead-in Phase in which the safety and tolerability of encorafenib + binimetinib + cetuximab will be assessed prior to the Phase 3 portion of the study.
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial in subjects with NAFLD and NASH.
