There are about 9745 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Israel. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether PF-06651600 and PF-06700841 are effective in treatment of moderate to severe ulcerative colitis.
This study aims to assess the safety, tolerability and efficacy of cannabinoids mix [cannabidiol (CBD), Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in a 20:1 ratio, BOL Pharma, Israel] for behavioral problems in children and youth with ASD.
This study assess the feasibility of novel cognitive intervention utilizing tablet apps (TECH protocol: Tablet Enhancement of Cognition and Health) in terms of relevance, adherence, suitable challenges, training time etc. for healthy older adults. Older adults with normal cognition will be randomly allocated to the TECH protocol (experimental group) or the control group (no treatment). Assessments will be administered pre and post the 6-week TECH protocol by assessors blind to group allocation.
This study assess the effectiveness of novel cognitive intervention utilizing tablet apps (TECH protocol: Tablet Enhancement of Cognition and Health) to improve cognitive abilities, daily function and health-related quality of life of older adults with MCI. Older adults with MCI will be randomly allocated to the TECH protocol (experimental group) or standard care (control group). Assessments will be administered pre and post the 6-week TECH protocol and at 6-month follow-up by assessors blind to group allocation.
In total 200 subjects with diagnosis of sepsis, are planned for inclusion in this trial. After signing an informed consent a blood sample will be obtained from each participant. The investigators will measure the thrombin generation in plasma assessed by the calibrated automated thrombogram (CAT). Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score SOFA will be calculated. The relation between SOFA score and thrombin measurements will be determined.
The purpose of this study is to determine how patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, and evidence of a homologous recombination gene deficiency, respond to treatment with rucaparib.
This Phase IIb, randomized, placebo-controlled, multicenter, international study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of sildenafil or placebo added to pirfenidone (Esbriet) treatment in participants with advanced IPF and intermediate or high probability of Group 3 pulmonary hypertension (PH) who are on a stable dose of pirfenidone with demonstrated tolerability. Participants will be randomized to receive 1 year of treatment with either oral sildenafil or matching placebo while continuing to take pirfenidone.
The aim of this study is to evaluate if standard chemoimmunotherapy (FCR, BR) in frontline treatment of physically fit CLL patients without del17p or TP 53 mutation can be replaced by combinations of targeted drugs (Venetoclax, Ibrutinib) with anti-CD20-antibodies (Rituximab, Obinutuzumab), which may induce extremely long lasting remissions.
Hemodynamically unstable ventilated PICU & PCICU patients, which a decision for commencement in inotropic therapy or fluid bolus has been made, will be recruited. Hemodynamic measurements will be carried out before and after therapy have been made, including customary hemodynamic parameters, echocardiography and USCOM studies. All parameters will be analyzed for fluid responsiveness or inotropic therapy prediction. Trend in USCOM parameters will be compared to echocardiography CO parameters.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether giving gaze-contingent feedback is an effective attention modification procedure, helping in the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)
