This study explores the feasibility of preoperative single-dose tumor-bed boost followed by oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery and ultra-hypofractionated postoperative radiotherapy in patients with early stage breast cancer. Patients less than 55 years old, who are diagnosed with breast cancer and are eligible to recieve breast-conserving surgery are enrolled. Patients who are older than 55 years, with suspected regional lymph node metastasis are excluded. The primary end point are the acute toxicities within 4 weeks after adjuvant radiation. The secondary endpoints are oncologic outcomes, surgical complications within 30 days, late toxicities, patients' quality of life and cosmetic outcomes.
Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), one of the most common subtypes of esophageal cancer, has a poor prognosis and low 5-year overall survival. At present, the treatment of ESCC includes chemotherapy, immunity, radiotherapy, surgery and other methods, and in recent years, the treatment regimen of immune combined chemotherapy has begun to show results in the treatment of esophageal cancer. Tislelizumab has demonstrated good efficacy in advanced esophageal cancer and in the second- and third-line treatment. At present, neoadjuvant immunization is carried out less, and neoadjuvant immunization plus chemoradiotherapy has been achieved With a pCR rate of 55.6 and AEs of grade III and above 65%, and studies have shown that radiotherapy has immunosensitizing and coordinating effects, whether immunotherapy combined with radiotherapy has a better efficacy is worth further investigation. This review intends to conduct a randomized, open-label, uncontrolled study of tislelizumab in combination with chemotherapy or radiation therapy for neoadjuvant therapy for resectable locally advanced thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with a view to providing a new option for resectable locally advanced ESCC.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the sixth prevalent malignancy worldwide. Although surgical excision is considered the standard treatment for resectable HCC, a high rate of postoperative recurrence was observed after partial hepatectomy, with a marginal recurrence rate up to 30%. Narrow margin resection may be the most appropriate procedure for centrally located HCC or HCC located near liver capsule because the premise for survival is the conservation of more normal liver parenchyma. Unfortunately, narrow margin resection has been reported to contribute to poor survival outcomes. However, no adjuvant therapy after hepatectomy is generally considered to be effective in reducing post-operative recurrence. Radiotherapy (RT) has been well used in many solid malignant tumors as an (neo)adjuvant to surgical treatment, including HCC. SBRT has shown encouraging rates of local control for HCC. Compared with standard fractionation radiation, SBRT can achieve more precise delivery of high-dose radiation beams to the lesion, obtaining a much smaller target volume. Meanwhile, it could be finished in a short period which can bring more convenience to patients. Recently, several study and randomized controlled trials revealed the survival benefit of adjuvant RT (IMRT and SBRT) in patients with HCC. A large-sample and high-quality multi-center, randomized controlled, prospective study is warranted to further confirm the efficacy of adjuvant radiotherapy in patients with narrow margin resection, considering the small sample size of above-mentioned studies.
This is a single-arm, phase II study of camrelizumab combined with SOX regimen in subjects with resectable locally advanced gastric cancer. The patients will receive camrelizumab ,S-1 and oxaliplatin given every 3 weeks for 3 cycles as neoadjuvant therapy. After the surgery, adjuvant therapy which includes camrelizumab and SOX regimen will begin.
In this study, a prospective, randomized controlled method was adopted, with patients with post-stroke dysphagia as the main research objects, applying "Liu-Zi-Jue" to the patients for rehabilitation intervention, and to explore the effect of "Liu-Zi-Jue" on the swallowing function of patients with post-stroke dysphagia.
