There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The popuse of this study is to assess the inflammatory immunophenotypes of sepsis patients are significantly correlated with prognosis, which may provide theoretical basis for precise immune regulation of sepsis.
Streptococcus pneumoniae is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in children worldwide, resulting in up to 1 million pediatric deaths every year. Since the licensure of PCV7, PCV10, PCV13 and PCV15, the reported overall decline in invasive pneumococcal disease in hospitalized children younger than 5 years is approximately 60% around the world. This is a single center, blinded, randomized, positive-controlled phase I clinical trial to evaluate the safety and explore the immunogenicity of a candidate PCV13 in healthy people aged 2 months (minimum 6 weeks) and above.
To observe the clinical effect of esketamine combined with hip capsule peripheral nerve block in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty. A total of 120 elderly patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into three groups, 40 cases in each group. The observation group A was treated with esketamine subanesthetic dose combined with hip capsule peripheral nerve block, the control group B was treated with esketamine subanesthetic dose combined with lumbar plexus block, and the control group C was treated with esketamine subanesthetic dose for general anesthesia. The onset time of anesthesia, duration of block, postoperative recovery time, postoperative extubation time, MAP and HR indexes before anesthesia (T0), during skin incision (T1), 30 minutes after the start of surgery (T2), and at the end of surgery (T3) were recorded in the three groups, and the VAS score and Ramsay score at 0.5 h, 2 h, 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h after surgery, as well as the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were recorded in the three groups.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dose reduced postoperative radiotherapy combined with Anlotinib for patients of soft tissue sarcoma
Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction(POCD)is a common postoperative complications, existing clinical research focused on the adult patients, ignoring that the developing human brain with underlying neurological impairments may be at higher risk for cognitive impairment, so we need a prospective study, observe this kind of "special groups" in the brain structure and function of before and after general anesthesia, To determine the susceptibility to neurotoxicity of general anesthesia drugs.
This study is divided into Stage I and Stage II. It is planned to include 156 subjects who need CRRT treatment for more than 48 hours.
Through virtual reality technology and mindfulness therapy, we can intervene the patients with Hematologic Neoplasms during chemotherapy, hoping to improve their symptoms and self-efficacy.
This prospective trial investigates the effect of sorafenib maintenance therapy in FLT3 negative acute leukemia patients after allo-HSCT in terms of gut microbiome.
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a skin condition that may cause a rash and itching due to inflammation of the skin. Therapies spread over the skin may not be enough to control the AD in trial participants who require systemic anti-inflammatory treatment. This study compares upadacitinib to dupilumab in adolescent and adult participants with moderate to severe AD who have inadequate response to systemic therapies. Adverse events and change in the disease activity will be assessed. Upadacitinib and dupilumab are approved drugs for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The study is comprised of a 35-day Screening Period, a 16-week treatment period 1 and a 16-week treatment period 2. During period 1, participants are randomly assigned in 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms to receive upadacitinib Dose A or dupilumab. In Period 2, participants will receive upadacitinib Dose A or Dose B. Approximately 880 adolescent and adult participants ages 12 to 64 with moderate to severe AD who are candidates for systemic therapy will be enrolled at up to 330 sites worldwide. Participants will receive upadacitinib oral tablets once daily or dupilumab as per its label for 32 weeks and followed for 30 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care . Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.
This is an open-label, Phase I study of QN-030a (allogeneic NK cell therapy) in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Minimal Residual Disease(AML MRD). This clinical study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of QN-020a in patients with AML MRD, where a "3+3" enrollment schema will be utilized at dose escalation stage. Up to 18 patients will be enrolled.
