This is a pilot study to assess the safety and measure image-based absorbed dose of 177Lu-P17-087/177Lu-P17-088 in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who will undergo radioliagnd therapy using 177Lu-P17-087/177Lu-P17-088. All patients underwent whole-body 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT for selection and accepted intravenous injection with single dose 1.1 GBq (30 mCi) of 177Lu-P17-087/177Lu-P17-088 within one week, then monitored at 1.5 hours, 4 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 120 hours and 168 hours after 177Lu-P17-087/177Lu-P17-088 administration with serial whole body planar and SPECT/CT imaging.
This study is a prospective, multicenter real-world observational study to understand the safety and efficacy of endoluminal therapy and traditional endometristomy in the real world for patients with severe stenosis and occlusion of the common femoral artery. The study will enroll 300 patients with severe stenosis and occlusion of chronic common femoral artery in nine centers across the country. According to the different intervention methods of the common femoral artery, the enrolled cases were divided into two groups: A: endometrial detachment for common femoral artery lesions and B: interventional endovascular treatment for common femoral artery lesions. As it is a real-world study, there is no separate primary endpoint indicator, which mainly observes F-TLR (immunity from vascular re-intervention), technical success rate, duration of surgery, length of hospital stay, common femoral artery patency rate, deep femoral artery patency rate, direct and indirect medical expenditure associated with the disease in 24 months, MAE (major adverse events), and perioperative complications.

Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is the effective and even the only cure treatment option for ph+ acute lymphocyte leukemia (ph+ALL). However, the outcome has been insufficient and relapse remains the major cause of treatment failure and poor survival, especially for patients with persistent minimal residual disease (MRD). It is believed that clearance of MRD pre-HSCT could significantly reduce the incidence of relapse post-HSCT. Olverembatinib has been documented as a promising third generation of TKIs. Meanwhile, Inotuzumab ozogamicin (InO) , an antibody-drug conjugate approved in the US and the European Union, has been applied in relapsed/refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (R/R ALL) and achieved good treatment outcome. This prospective, single arm and multicenter study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of combination of Olverembatinib and Ino for MRD clearance before bridging to HSCT.
