There are about 6915 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Austria. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to collect additional safety and efficacy data for the combination of ribociclib + letrozole in men and pre/postmenopausal women with HR+HER2- advanced breast cancer and no prior hormonal treatment for advanced disease..
This trial is conducted globally. The aim of this trial is evaluating the pharmacokinetics (the exposure of the trial drug in the body) of NovoEight® (turoctocog alfa) in relation to BMI (body mass index) in subjects with haemophilia A.
This trial is conducted in Europe. The aim of this trial is to investigate Pharmacodynamics (the effect of the investigated drug on the body) , Pharmacokinetics (the exposure of the trial drug in the body), and Safety of NNC0143-0406 in Subjects with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus
The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of two dose regimens of BIIB074 on neuropathic pain in participants with pain from lumbosacral radiculopathy (PLSR). Secondary objectives are to evaluate the efficacy of 2 dose regimens of BIIB074 on additional neuropathic pain measures and assessments of low back pain, disability, and quality of life; To investigate the safety and tolerability of 2 dose regimens of BIIB074 and To characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) of BIIB074 in this population.
The purpose of this Study is to determine whether non-invasive transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is effective in increasing rehabilitation effects after stroke in visual Cortex.
The purpose of this study is to understand routine use of FFR (Fractional Flow Reserve) and alternate indices in clinical practice. This study will determine the use and clinical outcome of FFR-guided PCI in patients presenting with either stable coronary artery disease, or in patients presenting with Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) on culprit and non-culprit lesions as well as during index and secondary procedures.
A Trial Investigating the Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamic Properties of Faster-acting Insulin Aspart in Subjects with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Tyrosine-kinase Inhibitors (TKI) resistance in gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GIST) is a common problem after prolonged treatment periods. The main objectives of this monocentric diagnostic Phase I/IIa study are safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics and dosimetry of 68Ga-NeoBomb1 in GIST patients. The rationale behind this study is to improve diagnostic accuracy in GIST via positron-emission tomography/computer tomography (PET-CT) with a focus on TKI-resistant subtypes. Better detection, classification and definition of lesion extent are expected from the use of 68Ga-NeoBOMB1.
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of maribavir to investigator-assigned anti-Cytomegalovirus (CMV) therapy in CMV viremia clearance in transplant recipients who are refractory or resistant to prior anti-CMV treatment.
The purpose of the MASS2 is to characterize accelerometer signals of Micra implantable device during different postures and activities and to understand the source of the sensed motion, in order to test feasibility for future enhancements in device functionalities.
