The purpose of Part 2 of this study is to generate safety and immunogenicity data for additional mRNA-1083 compositions and dose levels in young adults ≥18 years and <50 years of age.

Comparison of Online Group Therapy Interventions for Procrastination

The aim of this study is to compare the efficacy of two cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) protocols for procrastination with an active control protocol including cognitive-behavioral elements and with a wait-list control group. The interventions will be delivered online in group settings. All three protocols include identical psychoeducation and cognitive modules related to procrastination, but will differ in the behavioral modules. The behavioral module in one protocol is focused on starting on time and realistic planning. The second protocol implements working time restriction. The active comparator protocol implements the pomodoro time management technique. The wait-list control group will receive one of the CBT protocols after the period of waiting. It is assumed that all active conditions will be superior to the wait-list control, and that CBT protocols will be superior to the protocol including the time management technique. Primary (procrastination) and secondary (depression and anxiety) measures will be collected prior and after the interventions (or waiting period in wait-list group) and after 6-months in the three active condition groups.

Effect of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine on Parkinson Disease

Parkinson's disease (PD) is defined as a progressive disorder of the nervous system that affects the patient's mobility, balance and cognition. Tremor, slowed movements, and rigidity are physical symptoms which contribute to postural and gait abnormalities seen in many PD patients. Other symptoms include loss of balance and restricted range of motion, increasing the risk of falling. Osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) is a form of manual treatment provided by osteopathic physicians. This form of treatment aims to help decrease muscle spasms and improve joint range of motion and movement. We are proposing a pilot study to investigate the impact of OMM on balance, motor function, and falling in PD patients. We are also going to screen for serum biomarker changes to investigate the potential effects of OMM. Our research team and institution have experience in providing osteopathic care and physical rehabilitation for PD patients. In this study, balance and motor function will be evaluated for each subject throughout the study period. We will also keep track of the number of falls. Balance will be measured using Sensory Organization Test (SOT) and motor function will be measured using Movement Disorder Society Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS). Both tools are non-invasive and clinically proven methods for measuring balance and motor function.

Health state utilities were collected using the EuroQOL EQ-5D instrument with Canadian tarrifs applied to calculate quality-adjusted life-years (QALYs). Costs were applied to resource utilization data (expressed in 20196 US dollars). We examined costs and outcomes (QALYs) associated with ibrutinib with rituximab (IR) and BR therapy.

WHISH-2-Prevent Heart Failure

The WHISH-2-Prevent Heart Failure (HF) study is an ancillary study to the Women's Health Initiative Strong and Healthy (WHISH) exercise pragmatic trial. The WHISH-2-Prevent HF trial examines the intervention effect of physical activity (PA) on both incident HF and HF burden (recurrent HF and CVD death in those with HF) in a cost effective manner in elderly women. In addition, it will allow a dose-finding analysis to better understand the type, intensity and frequency of PA that leads to a reduced risk and burden of HF. The focus of the parent WHISH trial is on atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and not heart failure.
