Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of the most common autoimmune rheumatic diseases, affecting one in 100 individuals worldwide. It is considered a complex systemic multifactorial inflammatory process in which the immune system targets synovial joints and causes mild to severe joint destruction with extra-articular manifestations. If left untreated, RA leads to deformity, considerable disability, and major comorbid conditions, including cardiovascular disease and increased mortality. Early treatment with targeted therapies can alter long-term outcomes by minimizing disease activity, preventing joint damage and disability, and improving patients' quality of life.
At present, the early diagnosis ability of diabetic nephropathy (DKD) is relatively poor, leading to some missed diagnosis of early disease patients. To retrospectively observe the cardiovascular safety during exercise in patients with cardiovascular diseases
Trastuzumab resistance, which is a common therapeutic challenge in HER2 positive metastatic breast cancer, is not fully understood. Pyrotinib is an oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting EGFR, HER-2 and HER-4 receptors. More general inhibition of ErbB family with pyrotinib could provide additional benefit. Inetetamab could bind to HER2 extracellular domain (ECD) with high affinity and inhibit proliferation of multiple HER2-overexpressing cancer cell lines as a single agent or in combination with trastuzumab. This study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pyrotinib and vinorelbine tartrate capsulesin with or without Inetetamab for first line treatment in patients with HER2 positive metastatic breast cancer who had early failure on or after trastuzumab treatment.

Aims of the project This study aims to assess the effectiveness of a brief nursing advice in reducing depressive symptoms among university students who presented mild to moderate depressive symptoms at the University Health Service. 5. Outcomes The primary outcome of this study is the university students' decreasing level of depressive symptoms.
During the study, the resuscitation room, general wards and ICU were installed fixed or mobile acquisition devices in the resuscitation room, the emergency department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, and the collection platform was set up. After that, all the collected data were coded, and the influence of all lifestyle and medical behavior interventions on patients' medical outcomes was studied by artificial intelligence method.
