The goal of this clinical trial is to test MGC018 in patients with relapsed or refractory Extensive-Stage Small-Cell Lung Cancer (ES-SCLC). The main question it aims to answer is: • Does the administration of MGC018 achieve a clinically meaningful response rate of 25% in patients with relapsed or refractory ES-SCLC? Participants enrolled in the trial will receive MGC018 through an intravenous (IV) infusion, every 28 days until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Tumor assessment will be done every 2 cycles (28 day cycles). Blood samples will be taken for biomarker analysis before treatment, on cycle 3 day 1, and at progression. A pretreatment biopsies will be done.
National, multicenter, retrospective, non-randomized observational study (Real World Evidence-RWE) with the purpose of analyzing the epidemiological profile of Hepatocellular Carcinomas (BCLC A, B or C), clinical management, progression profile and overall survival of castrated patients treated in national oncology care reference centers, within the last 6 years (between 2017 to 2022).
The goal of the Self-monitoring With Internet Technology to Choose Healthy Diets (SWITCH) study is to examine a 12-week remotely delivered program designed to help adults adopt a healthy dietary lifestyle and lose weight in a diverse cohort of adults with overweight/obesity. The intervention uses a self-determination theory framework to provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence dietary behavior within the context of tracking. This study incorporates autonomy-supportive strategies to encourage participants to feel more in control of their dietary choices and will provide information and resources to boost participant's competence in achieving their dietary goals. The intervention includes weekly learning modules to support healthy eating and weight loss and daily dietary tracking with visual feedback, all accessible within the SWITCH app.
The aim of this study was to observe the efficacy and safety of Efbemalenograstim Alfa in the prevention of absolute neutrophil count (ANC) reduction after chemotherapy in Ovarian and Cervical cancer patients at risk of platinum-containing chemotherapy with risk factors in febrile neutropenia (FN).
The investigators are trying to learn more about the personal perceptions and experiences regarding the needs of patients with liver cancer to help improve the care of all patients. The investigators would like to know whether there are needs that patients have or are aware of, especially those needs that the investigators have not been able to address. The investigators aim to develop a program that helps participants and participant's families to navigate the process of being diagnosed with liver cancer and receiving treatment.
This is a double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group study to compare the effects of STP7 (mavoglurant) vs placebo control on i.v. cocaine's physiological and subjective effects in non-treatment seeking, cocaine-experienced males or females participants between 18 and 59 years of age. The primary objective of this study is to determine if there are clinically meaningful interactions between oral STP7 (mavoglurant) treatment concurrent with 20 and 40 mg i.v. cocaine infusions by measuring adverse events and cardiovascular responses including heart rate, blood pressure, and electrocardiogram (including corrected QT interval). The secondary objectives are: - To evaluate whether administration of STP7 (mavoglurant) alters the pharmacokinetics of cocaine and/or its major metabolite, benzoylecgonine. - To determine the pharmacokinetic of STP7 (mavoglurant) administered at a dose of 200 mg twice a day. - To evaluate whether STP7 (mavoglurant) treatment alters the subjective effects of cocaine measured by Visual Analog Scales (VAS) and Brief Substance Craving Scale (BSCS).
Clinical Trial for the safety and efficacy of CD19-BAFF CAR-T cells therapy for Autoimmune Diseases.
EXPEDITION is a Phase 1/2 study in the UK to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ETX101 in participants with SCN1A-positive Dravet Syndrome aged 6 to < 48 months. The study follows and open-label, dose-escalation design.
Fibromyalgia is a syndrome characterized by chronic, generalized pain in muscles and joints with the presence of characteristic, symmetrically occurring so-called "tender points" - areas of the body that are excessively sensitive to pressure. The condition is associated with a feeling of chronic fatigue, mood and sleep disturbances and a sensation of body stiffness. These complaints are bothersome and significantly impair patients' functioning in every aspect of their lives. There are few studies evaluating the functioning and disability of people with fibromyalgia. No such study has been conducted in Poland to date. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the functioning and disability of fibromyalgia patients and the relationship of the level of disability with selected factors, such as pain intensity, emotional state, sleep quality, etc.
The main purpose of this study is to learn about the side effects of LY3841136 when given to Japanese participants with obese or overweight. Blood tests will be performed to investigate how the body processes the study drug and how the study drug affects the body. The study will last about 28 weeks and may include up to 17 visits.
