Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to analyze treatment outcomes related to tumor bed boost of postoperative radiation therapy in patient with HER2+ breast cancer who underwent breast conserving surgery. The main questions it aims to answer are: - 7-year ipsilateral breast tumor recurrence - 7-year disease-free survival - 7-year locoregional recurrence - 7-year overall survival - Adverse events of radiation therapy Participants will be assessed by multi-dimensional methods after radiation therapy: - Assessment for the disease status (disease-free or recurrence) including physical and radiologic examination - Assessment for the adverse events according to CTCAE version 5.0

NCT ID: NCT05892146 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Strategy Therapy on Cancer Therapy-Related Cardiac Dysfunction

Start date: May 5, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The investigators use the cancer registration system of National Cheng Kung University Hospital to timely screen and evaluate those patients having breast cancer or lymphoma to enroll patients to participate in this clinical trial. The investigators planned an earlier initiation of Sacubitril/Valsartan treatment on breast cancer and lymphoma patients before the chemotherapy, and starting therapeutic intervention by Sacubitril/Valsartan once the heart damage sign appeared via novel echocardiography. The investigators aim to assess the protective and therapeutic benefit of cardioprotective drugs on the cardiotoxicity of anti-cancer therapy.

NCT ID: NCT05891561 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Short-course Trastuzumab, Pertuzumab With Taxanes in the Adjuvant Treatment of Early HER2-positive Breast Cancer

Start date: November 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The investigators plan to carry out a phase II, open-label, single-arm clinical study of short-course trastuzumab, pertuzumab combined with taxanes in the adjuvant treatment of early HER2-positive breast cancer, to explore whether 4 courses of dual HER2 blockade combined with taxanes can lead to a similar prognosis with current standard treatment, which is one-year trastuzumab monotherapy combined with chemotherapy, while reducing the adverse reactions of treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05891093 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of Fluzoparib Combined With Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy for HR+/HER2- SNF3-subtype Early Breast Cancer (BCTOP-L-A01)

Start date: June 1, 2023

NCT ID: NCT05887492 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Study of TNG260 and an Anti-PD Antibody in STK11 Mutated Solid Tumors

Start date: June 12, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this interventional clinical trial is to learn about TNG260, a CoREST inhibitor, in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with advanced solid tumors with a known STK11 mutation. The main question[s] it aims to answer are: - the recommended dose for Phase 2 - to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the combination therapy - to determine the pharmacokinetics of TNG260 - to evaluate the initial antineoplastic activity Participants will receive study treatment until they experience an undesirable side effect, their disease progresses or until they withdraw consent.

NCT ID: NCT05887102 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Pilot Study of PACHA Program to Enhance Adherence to Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy Among Breast Cancer Survivors

PACHA
Start date: June 7, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this randomized controlled pilot study is to assess the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary effects of the PACHA program designed for women having an adjuvant endocrine therapy (AET) after hormone-sensitive breast cancer. PACHA (programme en Pharmacie pour l'ACcompagnement des femmes ayant de l'Hormonothérapie Adjuvante) is a community pharmacy-based program aimed at optimizing the experience of AET and its use. The main questions it aims to answer are : - Does the program have an effect on factors expected to influence AET adherence? - Is the program acceptable? - Is the implementation of the program feasible? - What is the feasibility of procedures for carrying out a full-scale study? Participating community pharmacies will be randomized. Pharmacists working in pharmacies assigned to the PACHA group (33 pharmacies) will receive web-based training and manuals to use during their consultations with women having an AET. Recruited women attending these pharmacies will also have access to information and resources about AET (videos, evidence-based booklet). Pharmacists practicing in pharmacies assigned to the control group (33 pharmacies) will provide usual care.
