The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about brain waves during transauricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) in healthy children. The main questions it aims to answer are: - What is the safety, tolerability, and physiological response of taVNS in children? - Does the electroencephalogram (EEG) change during taVNS? Participants will - undergo a brief titration session where taVNS will be titrated to below perceptual threshold - receive one session of 30 minutes of taVNS - undergo clinical EEG monitoring during taVNS - Continuous cardiorespiratory monitoring via pulse oximetry and blood pressure every 5 minutes - Answer tolerability questions before, during and after 30 minute taVNS session

This study is an observational study designed to obtain information on the long-term safety, tolerability, and continued activity of Q-Cells®. The study will follow the participants who previously received Q-Cells® for 10 years. The goal of this observational study is to learn about the long term effects of Q-Cells® in people with transverse myelitis. The main objectives the study is to evaluate the safety of patients who have received Q-Cells®. The secondary goal of the study is to get data about the long-term activity of Q-Cells® over a period of 10 years. Patients will complete exams, lab tests, imaging, and questionnaires to monitor their safety.

Eligible subjects will be consented to return for scheduled study visits for this study following their completion in study NTXMCO-002 (RESTORE). The goal of this clinical trial is to test the benefits of the Family Check-Up Online Program for parents of middle school students in Arizona. Participants will complete an online pre-survey, gain access to the online parenting program Family Check-Up, and have the option to meet with a coach to discuss the program. The participants will also complete a post-survey 3 months after enrollment.
Sepsis is the second leading cause of maternal death in the U.S. For racial and ethnic minoritized birthing people, especially those who are Black, living in poverty, and from underserved communities, labor and postpartum are particularly vulnerable risk periods. The goal of this multi-center, multidisciplinary observational study is to establish a novel maternal care continuity model to reduce sepsis- related death and disability and increase maternal health equity.
Adenocyte has developed LINFU®, (Low Intensity Non-Focused Ultrasound excitation of the pancreas) as a method of identifying early, asymptomatic pancreatic cancer and its noninvasive precancerous lesions. The test involves ultrasound and an analysis of pancreatic juice. A neural network-based computer-assisted system may be utilized to enhance the analysis. Patients enrolled are being screened for pancreatic cancer because they have known risk factors (i.e. smoking, diabetes, chronic pancreatitis, family history of pancreatic cancer, or certain genetic syndromes).
