NCT ID: NCT04603807 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

A Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of Entrectinib and Crizotinib in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic ROS1 Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With and Without Central Nervous System (CNS) Metastases

Start date: September 30, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The study will compare the efficacy and safety of entrectinib with crizotinib in participants with advanced or metastatic ROS1 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The participants will self-administer oral entrectinib or crizotinib as described in the protocol and local prescribing information. Treatments will continue until progressive disease, unacceptable toxicity, death, or withdrawal from the study, whichever occurs first.

NCT ID: NCT04603235 Completed - Depression Clinical Trials

Manual-based Art Therapy for Adolescents With Depression

Start date: January 1, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

There is a need to evaluate different interventions in order to meet young people's needs of treatment. The study's goal is to find out if manual-based art therapy is a useful method for young people with depression and thus increase the availability of methods of treatment for adolescents with depression in Child and youth psychiatry in Sweden. The aim is to investigate whether manual-based art therapy is useful as treatment for adolescents with depression by examining feasibility, acceptability and compliant to treatment. Secondary, preliminary study of adolescent depressive symptoms, quality of life and functional level is affected by the treatment. Method: Data from youths aged 13-17 years old and their parents will be collected with questionnaires and structured interviews. Measurements are taken before and after treatment. Acceptability and feasibility will be examined by participants' presence, drop out and cancellations and also by checking the art therapists' compliance to the manual and investigate their reasons to diverge from the manual

NCT ID: NCT04602962 Recruiting - Infertility Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of Fertility Treatments and Fertility Preservation

Start date: September 2009
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study analyses clinical data prospectively collected for over a decade in several clinical databases. Electronic medical records are available since 1998. Since 2011 the subgroup of patients that undergo fertility preservation are invited to participate in a prospective study aiming at long-term follow-up after fertility preservation for oncologic and non-oncologic conditions.

NCT ID: NCT04601753 Completed - Clinical trials for Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2
