The study should evaluate the biological distribution of 99mTc-1-thio-D-glucose in patients with primary brain tumors and recurrence of brain tumors. The primary objective are: 1. To assess the distribution of 99mTc-1-thio-D-glucose in normal tissues and tumors at different time intervals. 2. To evaluate dosimetry of 99mTc-1-thio-D-glucose. 3. To study the safety and tolerability of the drug 99mTc-1-thio-D-glucose after a single injection in a diagnostic dosage. The secondary objective are: 1. To compare the obtained SPECT imaging results of brain tumors with the data of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and/or positron emission tomography (PET) and immunohistochemical (IHC) studies of postoperative material.
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of lumateperone monotherapy in the treatment of patients with major depressive episodes associated with Bipolar I or Bipolar II Disorder (Bipolar Depression) or major depressive disorder (MDD) who also meet the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder, 5th Edition (DSM-5) criteria for mixed-features. The study consists of a Screening Period, a Double-blind Treatment Period, and a Safety Follow-up Period.
Severe intraoperative hyperglycemia (SIH) is recognized as one of the important risk factors for the increasing of the postoperative infections rate, which can negatively affect the final outcome of surgical treatment. Studies in recent years have shown a much higher incidence of wound infections, respiratory and urinary tract infections in patients who intraoperatively had an increase in blood glucose level (BGL) above 180 mg/dl (10 mmol/l). This problem in neurosurgery is especially important due to the high proportion of patients with acute injuries and potentially long-term need for postoperative intensive care, as well as the frequent use of drugs that increase blood glucose level (steroids) in neurooncology. Most published studies include patients from both of these groups. This study is aimed to assess the impact of severe intraoperative hyperglycemia on the incidence of infectious complications only in patients scheduled for elective intracranial interventions.

Bioequivalence Study of GP30101 800 mg (GEROPHARM) Versus PREZISTA® 800 mg ("Jonson&Jonson", Russia)
This research will provide data on evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of using a passive exoskeleton designed to reduce the negative impact of static and dynamic loads associated with body tilts, lifting and holding weights on the musculoskeletal system of workers. To evaluate a passive industrial exoskeleton for back support, a protocol was developed in which individual production operations will be modeled. This research will recruit 9 valunteers. During a 4-hour laboratory visit, each subject will perform three identical experimental tests: one test without an exoskeleton and two tests using two different modifications of the exoskeleton prototype. To avoid sequence bias, the test order will be randomized (balanced). Two types of labor operations will be simulated. One operation will consist in lifting the load, which is 20% of the volunteer's body weight, from a height of 14 cm to a surface with a height of 70 cm, the frequency of lifting is 1 time in 30 seconds. The second operation is holding a cargo weighing 5 kg in a forced working position (tilt of the body more than 30 °) for 1 minute, after which rest will follow for 1 minute, and then the work will be repeated. Both types of work will be performed for 105 minutes, then a break of 15 minutes, then 105 minutes of work. Heart rate, blood pressure, ECG (Custo) will be monitored. An ergospirometric device (Metamax) will be used to collect muscle activity data (Trust-M, Myoton), inertial sensors (Trust-M) will be used to evaluate the biomechanics of movements. In addition, questionnaires will be filled out for a subjective assessment of the use of exoskeleton prototypes (local discomfort scale, exoskeleton properties assessment questionnaire).
This study is a randomized, placebo-controlled, single-masked (blinded), post-marketing clinical study of a drug Lactobacillus Reuteri NCIMB 30351 drops in functional disorders of gastrointestinal tract and skin symptoms of food allergies in children between the ages of one and four months inclusive. The aim of the study is to assess clinical effects of probiotics Lactobacillus Reuteri NCIMB 30351 drops on the symptoms of infantile colic, constipation, diarrhea, gastroesophageal reflux, atopic dermatitis/eczema in full-term newborns during the first months of life, laboratory parameters of microbiome will also be assessed. A prospective study comparing two treatment groups: Group 1 (treatment group) - 60 infants. Group 2 (control group) - 30 infants, placebo. The study drug will be taken in 1 time per day within 25 days. Allowed symptomatic therapy includes defoamers (simethicone-based preparations), carminative preparations (dill water (fennel)), etc.
