There are about 6461 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Russian Federation. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is an open-label, multi-center, multi-cohort, Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) for the treatment of selected HER2-expressing tumors. This study will consist of Part 1 which includes 7 cohorts of: urothelial bladder cancer, biliary tract cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, and rare tumors; and Part 2 which includes 5 cohorts A to E of: A) any tumor type that is HER2 IHC 3+ (excluding breast, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer), B) any tumor type that is HER2 IHC 2+/ISH+ (excluding breast, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer), C) HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ endometrial cancer, D) HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ ovarian cancer, and E) HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ cervical cancer. Study hypothesis: Trastuzumab deruxtecan will show meaningful clinical activity and a favorable risk benefit profile in selected HER2-expressing solid tumors.
Objective of the study: to evaluate whether edge-to-edge technique improves clinical and hemodynamic results in patients scheduled to septal myectomy for severely symptomatic hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy.
The aim of this study is to provide darolutamide treatment to patients who participated in a previous study with darolutamide supported by Bayer and the treating doctor considers that the continuation of the treatment with darolutamide to be beneficial. Patients will be carried over from the previous studies and continue in this study with darolutamide treatment on the same dosage. They will also return to the study centers for doctor's visits as often as they did in the previous study.
Hypothesis: "Total" endovascular revascularization of a multistory lesion of the iliac-femoral-popliteal segment is safer and a better quality of life is achieved in comparison with hybrid intervention. The lack of damage to the skin avoids complications in the postoperative and remote periods of observation, thereby improving the quality of life
Primary Objective: To determine the efficacy of SAR442168 compared to placebo in delaying disability progression in primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS) Secondary Objectives: To evaluate efficacy of SAR442168 compared to placebo on clinical endpoints, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) lesions, cognitive performance, physical function, and quality of life To evaluate safety and tolerability of SAR442168 To evaluate population pharmacokinetics (PK) of SAR442168 in PPMS and its relationship to efficacy and safety To evaluate pharmacodynamics of SAR442168
It is planned to conduct a study of nitric oxide metabolites (nitrates and nitrites), L-arginine, arginase-1, and asymmetric dimethylarginine in patients with bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, followed by observation to assess the prognosis of the disease.
The study is devoted to the comparative analysis of the data received in patients with COVID-19 lung pathology using the method of probe-based confocal laser endomicroscopy of distal airways and two reference methods: high resolution computed tomography and morphology (in some patients).
Investigation of the influence of combined oral contraception on the development and progression of chronic venous diseases
This is a Phase I dose-escalation and dose-expansion study that will evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary activity of GDC-6036 in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors with a KRAS G12C mutation.
Patients with metastatic adenocarcinoma of the stomach or the esophagogastric junction (II-III type by Siewert) without previous therapy will be treated with one of two chemotherapy combinations . One half of the patients gets 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU), Leucovorin, Oxaliplatin (FOLFOX6), the others 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU), Leucovorin, Oxaliplatin and Irinotecan (mFOLFIRINOX). Main objective of the study is progression free survival.
