The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of relatlimab plus nivolumab, alone or in combination with various standard-of-care treatments in participants with gastric cancer (GC) or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma that has come back or spread to other places in the body after prior therapy.
Study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of PRO-143 solution ophthalmic in healthy volunteers.
The aim of this study is to assess the safety of Stemedica's mesenchymal stem cells in patients with knee osteoarthritis. The route of administration is intraarticular. Safety will be evaluated by AE/SAE incidence and administration tolerance. The subjects will undergo follow-up for 52 weeks. The target population is subjects with knee osteoarthritis (grade II-III in Kellgren-Lawrence scale).
This is a prospective case-control study. This study is expected to last for approximately 12 months, comprised of 4-8 weeks of enrollment period, 28 days of treatment and 6 months of follow up. The enrollment will be completed prior to the beginning of initial treatment. The study will be closed when 10 subjects have completed the study. The recruitment will be carried out with a sample at convenience.

The objective of this study is to evaluate an integral strategy in which diabetes mellitus 2 (DM2) and pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) are managed together. The researchers propose a community intervention with two arms in 4 health centers in Orizaba, Veracruz. Patients will be assigned to either arm by convenience. One arm will receive the joint treatment strategy and another the routine treatment used in health services.
The primary objective of the study is to determine the number of adverse events (AEs) reported by chronic hepatitis C (CHC) patients receiving at least 1 dose of daclatasvir (DCV) and asunaprevir (ASV) at the 2 sentinel sites and that have been reported through the Mexican Health Authority's AE surveillance system during a specified 24-month study period. The secondary objective is to describe AEs reported by CHC patients receiving treatment with DCV and ASV treated by doctors at participating sentinel sites for the National Pharmacovigilance Center (CNFV) in Mexico during a specified 24-month study period.
This is a post-marketing study of patients who started nivolumab as first- or second-line therapy for metastatic melanoma or as second-line therapy for metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer (SqNSCLC) , metastatic non-SqNSCLC, metastatic renal cell carcimona (RCC), or recurrent or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck cancer (SCCHN), or third-line therapy for classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) in Mexico.
