There are about 5012 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Mexico. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This Phase III study is a global multicenter, randomized, double-blind,placebo controlled clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity of therecombinant COVID-19 vaccine (Sf9 cells) in 40,000 participants aged 18 years and older who do not have a known history of SARS-CoV-2 infection but whose locations or circumstances put them at appreciable risk of acquiring COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2 infection.
The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of sotatercept (MK-7962, formerly called ACE-011) treatment (plus maximum tolerated background pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) therapy) versus placebo (plus maximum tolerated background PAH therapy) on time to first event of all cause death, lung transplantation, or PAH worsening-related hospitalization of ≥24 hours, in participants with World Health Organization (WHO) functional class (FC) III or FC IV PAH at high risk of mortality.
The safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab plus the investigator's choice of chemotherapy will be assessed compared to placebo plus the investigator's choice of chemotherapy in the treatment of chemotherapy-candidate hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HR+/HER2-) locally recurrent inoperable or metastatic breast cancer. The primary hypotheses are that the combination of pembrolizumab and chemotherapy is superior to placebo and chemotherapy in regards to Progression-Free Survival (PFS) or overall survival (OS) in participants with programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) combined positive score (CPS) ≥1 and ≥10.
This study aimed to present a proof-of-concept that a 30 minutes single-session of low-field thoracic magnetic stimulation (LF-ThMS) on the dorsal thorax can be employed to increase oxygen saturation (SpO2) levels in coronavirus disease (COVID-19) participants significantly. The investigators (Saul M. Dominguez-Nicolas and Elias Manjarrez) hypothesized that the variables associated with LF-ThMS, as hyperthermia, frequency, and magnetic flux density in the dorsal thorax, might be correlated to SpO2 levels in these participants. The investigators designed a single-blind, sham-controlled, crossover study on COVID-19 participants who underwent two sessions of the study (real and sham LF-ThMS), and other COVID-19 participants who underwent only the real LF-ThMS.
This study will evaluate the efficacy of the RSVPreF3 OA investigational vaccine in preventing Lower Respiratory Tract Disease (LRTD) caused by RSV in adults ≥60 years of age following a single dose of the RSVPreF3 OA vaccine and following annual revaccination doses in Northern Hemisphere (NH) and in Southern Hemisphere (SH). This study will also assess if the vaccine is safe and induces an immune response.
The study will determine the optimal dosing regimen of LNA043 in patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA).
This study is open to adults with schizophrenia. Schizophrenia can affect the way a person thinks, their memory and their mental functioning. Examples include struggling to remember things, or to read a book or pay attention to a movie. Some people have difficulty calculating the right change or planning a trip so that they arrive on time. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called iclepertin improves learning and memory in people with schizophrenia. Participants are put into two groups randomly, which means by chance. One group takes iclepertin tablets and the other group takes placebo tablets. Placebo tablets look like iclepertin tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take a tablet once a day for 26 weeks. In addition, all participants take their normal medication for schizophrenia. During this time, doctors regularly test learning and memory of the participants by use of questionnaires, interviews, and computer tests. The results of the mental ability tests are compared between the groups. Participants are in the study for about 8 months and visit the study site about 14 times. During this time, doctors regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, efficacy, and tolerability of deucravacitinib (BMS-986165) compared with placebo in participants with active discoid and/or subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (DLE/SCLE). This study will also assess if deucravacitinib is biologically active and potentially effective in the treatment of participants with moderate to severe DLE/SCLE with or without systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) that is not well controlled with standard of care therapy.
The main purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of Tirzepatide (LY3298176) in participants with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction and obesity.
