There are about 3961 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Finland. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a Phase III, global, double-blind, 2-arm randomized study designed to compare the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab + paclitaxel + carboplatin + bevacizumab versus placebo + paclitaxel + carboplatin + bevacizumab. Study participants will have Stage 3 or 4 ovarian cancer (OC), fallopian tube cancer (FTC), or primary peritoneal cancer (PPC) with macroscopic residual disease postoperatively (i.e., after primary tumor reductive surgery) or who will undergo neoadjuvant therapy followed by interval surgery.
This is a first-in-man study to assess the safety and tolerability and to characterise the pharmacokinetics of ODM-207.
This is a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized-withdrawal, multicenter study of the efficacy and safety of JZP-258.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the use of drug-eluting balloons is effective in the treatment of (re)stenosis in bypass vein grafts.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether early intervention with subcutaneous (s.c.) secukinumab 300 mg in patients with new-onset moderate to severe plaque psoriasis may lead to prolonged symptom-free periods by preventing reactivation of old lesions or ultimately totally hindering the occurrence of new lesions, i.e., changing the natural course of the disease (Main Study).
The purpose of this study was to validate the growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) plus arginine (GHRH+arg) stimulation test and it´s cut-off limits for diagnosis of adult growth hormone deficiency using the growth hormone (GH) Immulite 2000 Xpi assay calibrated against the IS 98/574 from the World Health Organization. A specific aim was to study the effect of gender and age on the peak GH response in the GHRH+arg test
This study aims to investigate differences in digestion rates and gastrointestinal problems caused by pasteurized; pasturized and homogenized as well as UHT-treated homogenized cow's milks in healthy adults by diary of symptoms, blood glucose and triacylglycerol levels and plasma cytokine levels.
The study will be designed as a double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, dose-finding study with one group treated with placebo and three groups treated with tafoxiparin in three different infusion concentration levels, respectively. The intravenous infusion will be initiated by a pre-defined bolus dose infusion.
This is an open-label, Phase I, dose-escalation study to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RPTD), maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of budigalimab. This study will also evaluate the safety and tolerability of budigalimab in combination with Rovalpituzumab Tesirine and budigalimab in combination with venetoclax. The study will consist of 3 parts: budigalimab monotherapy dose escalation and expansion, budigalimab in combination with Rovalpituzumab Tesirine and budigalimab in combination with venetoclax.
To study the multimodal protocol combining adjunct ketamine with oxycodone in intravenous patient-controlled analgesia bolus dosing and effects in patients scheduled for posterolateral lumbar spine fusion with bilateral transpedicular screw instrumentation
