There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study is a single arm, multi-center, prospective clinical trial. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of liposomal irinotecan combined with anlotinib hydrochloride for relapsed small-cell lung cancer, who have progressed on or less than 6 month after platinum-based first-line therapy.
The primary objective is to determine the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the newly developed liquid biopsy based multiomics Colorectal Cancer (CRC) screening test (CRC-Appareo) for detecting advanced neoplasia (including colorectal cancer and advanced adenomas) in high risk patients and patients with confirmed CRC, using colonoscopy as the reference method. The secondary objective is to compare the screening performance of the multiomics Colorectal Cancer (CRC) screening test with commercially available FIT (Fecal Immunochemical Test) assay in detecting advanced neoplasia.
The aim of the study is to compare the efficacy and safety of two JY09 doses versus dulaglutide as add-on therapy to metformin in participants with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)
A multicenter, prospective, randomized, open-label, controlled trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of chidamide, anti-PD1 antibody, and pegaspargase versus dexamethasone, cisplatin, gemcitabine, and pegaspargase (DDGP) in the treatment of newly diagnosed, stage III to IV extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma.
This is a prospective clinical study aiming to investigate the efficacy of Magnetocardiography (MCG) in detecting myocardial ischemia in patients of a suspected non-ST-elevation-acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS) by using Single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) as the gold standard for determining the presence and severity of myocardial ischemia.
Evaluation the efficacy and safety of Zanubrutinib + R-CHOP/R-DHAP for the treatment mantle cell lymphoma.
This study develops a new therapeutic approach for HER2-negative advanced breast cancer patients without precise treatment targets. The trial aims at extending the combination target therapy involving PARP inhibitors and anti-angiogenesis from only BRCA mutation carriers to all patients with homologous recombination repair defects (HRD-positive). The phase III randomized clinical study will investigate the effectiveness of the combination therapy of PARP inhibitor "fludzoparib" and anti-angiogenic "apatinib" in treating HRD-positive/HER2-negative advanced breast cancers.
This is an Open, Single-arm, Multicenter, Prospective Phase II Study of Fuquinitinib Combined With Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil in the Third-line Treatment of Patients With Advanced Metastatic CRC
A Real-World Study of Durvalumab combined with Surufatinib as maintenance therapy in patients with advanced biliary tract cancer whose disease did not progress after completion of first-line Durvalumab combined with Gemcitabine+cisplatin treatment.
The study is being conducted to evaluate the preference, and safety of HHPG-19K Injection and Auto-HHPG-19K Injection in Prevention of chemotherapy-related moderate to severe neutropenia of Patients with nonmyeloid malignancies.
