There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3745) in combination with chemotherapy (Cisplatin combined with 5-Fluorouracil [FP regimen] or oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine [CAPOX regimen]) versus placebo in combination with chemotherapy (FP or CAPOX regimens) in the treatment of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative advanced gastric or GEJ adenocarcinoma in adult Chinese participants. The primary hypotheses of this study are that pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy is superior to placebo plus chemotherapy in terms of overall survival (OS).
At present, a number of projects related to MSCs have been approved for graft-versus-host disease, myocardial infarction, Crohn's disease and other diseases, indicating a strong therapeutic potential of MSCs. However, the efficacy of MSC-Exo for severely infected children is not fully evaluated. In our study, patients who met the inclusion criteria will be divided into trial group and control group. Clinical and demographic data, as well as treatment outcome will be collected from the electronic health record. This study will evaluate the application and therapeutic effect of MSC-Exo in severely infected children, and determine the Optimal dosage and infusion.
This studay evaluates the effect of liraglutide in the treatment of obese patients ande the influence of genetic factors on the curative effect.Half of participants will receive Liraglutide alone, while the other half who can not achieving adequate glycaemic control will receive Liraglutide and metformin in combination.
Background: The JOURNEY II BCS Total Knee System (JOURNEY II Bi-cruciate Stabilized Total Knee System) consists of femoral component made from oxidized zirconium (OXINIUM) The JOURNEY II CR Total Knee System (JOURNEY II Cruciate Retaining Total Knee System ) consists of femoral component made from oxidized zirconium (OXINIUM) Purpose: Post-market evidence generation for JOURNEY II BCS and JOURNEY II CR Total Knee System Objectives: 1. Evaluate the performance of JOURNEY II TKA in Asia-Pacific (APAC) patient populations 2. Establish the equivalent performance between JOURNEY II BCS and JOURNEY II CR to support adoption of JOURNEY II CR Research participants / locations: A total of at least 176 knees' information will be collected in up to 10 sites. There will be at least eighty-eight (88) knees for JOURNEY II CR TKA group and at least 88 knees for JOURNEY II BCS TKA group.
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of HLX10(Recombinant Anti-PD-1 Humanized Monoclonal Antibody Injection) plus chemotherapy compared to the efficacy and safety of placebo plus chemotherapy in the treatment of adult women with persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer. Chemotherapy regimens include: paclitaxel plus cisplatin and paclitaxel plus carboplatin. The primary study hypotheses are that the combination of HLX10 plus chemotherapy is superior to placebo plus chemotherapy with respect to: 1) Progression-free Survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by the IRRC or, 2) Overall Survival (OS).
The primary objective of this clinical study is to assess the clinical performance of the AcrySof IQ Vivity Extended Vision IOL in a Chinese population.
The study was a multicenter, two-arm, parallel, open-label, prospective clinical trial that evaluated a remote intervention with 1 year of follow-up.
This study is to evaluate the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics profile of human monoclonal antibodies, BRII-196 and BRII-198 compared with placebo in patients with COVID-19.
Based on the combination of domestic and foreign experience and the needs of patients as the orientation, this research gives full play to the hospital's advantages in chronic disease management, and uses network information technology to develop a systematic and intelligent system that integrates prevention, diagnosis and treatment, follow-up, and education.
This is a phase Ⅱb, single-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, to evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of the recombinant COVID-19 vaccine (Sf9 cells) in the subjects from healthy adults and elderly adults aged 18 years and above (aged 18-59 and 60-85 years) with immunization procedures 0, 21, 42 days and doses 40μg.
