Filter by:ATRC-101-A01 is a Phase 1b, open-label dose escalation and expansion trial of ATRC-101, an engineered fully human immunoglobulin G, subclass 1 (IgG1) antibody derived from a naturally occurring human antibody. The safety, tolerability, PK, and biological activity of ATRC-101 will be characterized when administered every two weeks (Q2W) or every 3 weeks (Q3W) as a monotherapy or in combination with other anticancer agents.
The purpose of this research study is to determine how people with weakened immune systems and unresectable (cannot be removed by surgery) locally recurrent and/or metastatic cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) respond to study treatment with Cemiplimab. Cemiplimab is approved for sale in United States by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The proposed study is a single site, prospective, randomized pilot study to assess the feasibility of recruitment of patients into a trial evaluating the efficacy and tolerability of selective transarterial Y90 radioembolization (radiation segmentectomy) versus stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for solitary early stage (≤ 3cm) hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
The study will be a randomized trial that will compare two techniques of abdominal paracentesis in patients with suspected peritoneal carcinomatosis. The patients will undergo abdominal paracentesis by the standard technique and a rollover technique. In the standard technique, the patients will lie flat for 10 minutes and abdominal paracentesis will be taken for ascitic fluid cytology. In the rollover group, patients with suspected peritoneal carcinomatosis will be rolled over thrice laterally on each side by 90 degrees and sample will then be obtained for ascitic fluid cytology. both the samples will be processed by blinded cytopathologist for tumour cellularity and diagnostic yield.
CMN-001 is an autologous, tumor antigen-loaded dendritic cell immunotherapy. The active components of CMN-001 are autologous, matured dendritic cells, which have been co-electroporated with both in vitro transcribed (IVT) RNA from an autologous tumor specimen and CD40L RNA. CMN-001 is indicated for treatment of intermediate/poor risk patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) in combination with nivolumab plus ipilimumab as first line therapy and in combination with lenvatinib plus everolimus as 2nd line therapy post 1st line failure.
This is a Phase 3 multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy of infigratinib (an oral targeted FGFR1-3 inhibitor) versus placebo, as adjuvant treatment following surgery in adult subjects with invasive urothelial carcinoma and susceptible FGFR3 genetic alterations (mutations, and gene fusions or rearrangements) who have disease that is considered at high risk for recurrence with surgery alone. The study enrolls subjects with either bladder cancer post radical cystectomy or upper tract urothelial cancer post distal ureterectomy and/or nephrectomy. Study treatment is randomized 1:1 between infigratinib or placebo with treatment up to 1 year or until invasive local, distal, or metastatic disease recurrence confirmed by independent imaging reviewer.
This is an open-label, historically controlled pilot study investigating the immune effect of Laser Interstitial ThermotHerapy (LITT)+ pembrolizumab in adult patients with a primary cancer approved by the FDA for treatment with an immune-checkpoint inhibitor who have recurrent brain metastasis after prior stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS).
This phase I trial studies talimogene laherparepvec given together with ipilimumab and nivolumab before surgery in patients with triple-negative or estrogen receptor positive, HER2 negative localized breast cancer. Ipilimumab and Nivolumab are immune checkpoint inhibitors that enhance immune response towards cancer cells. Talimogene laherparepvec is a modifies human herpes virus 1 that is an oncolytic virus targeting cancer cells and makes tumor microenvironment more immunogenic to promote immune response against cancer. This study will assess the safety and efficacy of talimogene laherparepvec, ipilimumab, and nivolumab, and provide an insight for further improvement of immunotherapy in breast cancer.
This is a a Multicenter, Open-label, Single-arm, Phase Ib Dose Escalation and Multi-cohort Expansion Clinical Study to Assess the Safety and Antitumor Activity of Niraparib in Combination with MGD013 in Patients with Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumor Who Failed Prior Treatment. This study consists of dose escalation part and dose expansion part.'3+3'design will be adopted in the dose escalation part in subjects with advanced or metastatic gastric cancer who failed prior treatment. The dose of niraparib will be fixed and determined based on baseline weight and platelet count of subjects. Dose expansion part will be expanded at the specified dose level to further assess the safety and preliminary antitumor activity.
This study is a prospective, multi-center, open-label phase I trial designed to determine the maximun tolerated dose of IP oxaliplatin when given in combination with mFOLFIRI.
