NCT ID: NCT06429865 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Cytosponge in Surveillance After Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection for Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Start date: May 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

cytosponge has good diagnostic efficacy in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer, and is more safe, economic and comfortable. It is expected to replace gastroscope in the surveillance after endoscopic submucosal dissection to a certain extent. At present, there is no relevant research at home and abroad. This study plans to establish a large sample cohort based on the collaborative research network established earlier, prospectively include 1000 patients who received endoscopic submucosal dissection for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and compare the effectiveness and safety of cytosponge and gastroscope in surveillance after endoscopic submucosal dissection for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma through self -comparison.

NCT ID: NCT06303583 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Neoadjuvant Chemoradiotherapy Followed by Sequential Immunotherapy for Thoracic Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

CRIS
Start date: June 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of sequential immunotherapy with neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy for esophageal cancer

NCT ID: NCT06160557 Enrolling by invitation - Radiotherapy Clinical Trials

A Clinical Study of Non-curative Resection Plus Radiotherapy After Endoscopic ESD for Superficial Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Start date: November 29, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of observational study is to learn about the outcomes of the participants. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. ESD additional postoperative radiotherapy in patients with non healing SESCC overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) 2. The adverse events (AE) of additional radiotherapy after ESD for non-curative SESCC patients were counted, and its safety was evaluated. Participants will receive radiation therapy as necessary.

NCT ID: NCT06048926 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Carrelizumab Combined With Concurrent Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy for Unresectable Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Start date: July 30, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter phase III clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of carrelizumab plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy compared with placebo plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of patients with inoperably advanced esophageal cancer, and to explore the relationship between PD-L1 expression and efficacy in tumor tissues. Experimental group: carrelizumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiotherapy PD-1: carrelizumab: 200 mg/3W Chemotherapy: Paclitaxel: 50 mg/m2/W Cisplatin: 25mg/m2/W Radiotherapy: 50.4 Gy / 28 f Chemotherapy drugs are used for 5 cycles, and carrelibizumab is used for up to 24 months until PD or is intolerable Control group: placebo-resistant in combination with chemoradiotherapy placebo: 200 mg/3 W Chemotherapy: Paclitaxel: 50 mg/m2/W Cisplatin: 25mg/m2/W Radiotherapy: 50.4 Gy / 28 f Chemotherapy drugs are used for 5 cycles, and carrelibizumab is used for up to 24 months until PD or is intolerable

NCT ID: NCT05898347 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Basal Cell Carcinoma

Nevoid Basal Cell Carcinomas in Gorlin Syndrome

Start date: June 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The overall aim of the project is to gain knowledge about the expected course of nevoid basal cell carcinomas and the usefulness of dermatoscopy in young individuals with Gorlin syndrome. Clinical experience and some case-reports suggest that nevoid basal cell carcinomas have an indolent course with slow growth and that they can sometimes regress. However, no systematic research has previously been performed. Increased knowledge about nevoid basal cell carcinomas and the use of dermatoscopy could be of great clinical value in the follow-up and treatment of individuals with nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome.

NCT ID: NCT05875558 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

M-TACE Treatment for Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Start date: July 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to investigate the safety and efficacy of transarterial chenmoembolization(TACE) combined with microspheres for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).

NCT ID: NCT05709171 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Neuroendocrine Tumors

Dual 64Cu-DOTATATE and 18F-FDG PET/CT Imaging of Patients With Neuroendocrine Neoplasms

Start date: January 17, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Prospective clinical trial investigating combined, dual 18F-FDG PET/CT and 64Cu-DOTATATE PET/CT imaging of patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP-NEN)

NCT ID: NCT05547347 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Anatomic Stage III Breast Cancer AJCC v8

Safety, Ultrasound Conspicuity, and Migration of Twinkling Markers in Patients With Locally Advanced Breast Cancer

Start date: March 21, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This phase I study assesses the safety, ultrasound visibility (conspicuity), and movement from normal position (migration) of the twinkling marker in patients with breast cancer that has spread to the axillary lymph nodes (locally advanced) who will be undergoing neoadjuvant systemic therapy and surgery. Biopsy markers are used to identify the sites of cancer involvement in both the breasts and lymph nodes. These biopsy markers are needed to help guide breast cancer surgery. Twinkling markers are designed to have the same size and shape of conventional biopsy markers, but are made of a radio-opaque material that assists with localization of the marker. The twinkling marker may make it more easily seen with ultrasound at the time of breast cancer surgery as compared to conventional biopsy markers.

NCT ID: NCT05543304 Enrolling by invitation - Effect of Drug Clinical Trials

Predicting Response to Systemic Therapies for Hepatocellular Carcinoma(HCC)

Start date: December 1, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

As the most common type of primary liver cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has become a big challenge all over the world. Most patients are not available to curative resection when first diagnosed. There are a variety of treatment options for advanced HCC. However, due to the heterogeneity of HCC, the overall response rate (ORR) is not high for systemic therapies. Therefore, appropriate selection of patients who are suitable for individual systemic therapies is important for clinical decision-making.

NCT ID: NCT05448222 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Effect of Sarcopenia on Hepatocellular Carcinoma(HCC) After Systemic Therapies

Start date: July 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Sarcopenia is associated with the prognosis of HCC and cholangiocarcinoma. But there has been rare study focusing on the effect of sarcopenia on the prognosis of HCC treated with systemic therapy, such as interventional therapy, targeted therapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy and so on.
