The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the investigational radioisotope Radium-223, Xofigo (Alpharadin), in treatment of men with prostate cancer and bone metastases that no longer respond to hormonal treatment.

To evaluate the material properties, histomorphometric indices, bone mineral density (BMD), and presence of microfractures in retrieved large allograft cortical bone specimens removed from orthopaedic oncology patients. 2. Bone metastasis is one of the most frequent end complications of the cancer. Radiation therapy is the mainstay of treatment in this disease. Single fraction radiotherapy in both single and multiple bone metastasis is widely used, but optimization of the single dose fractionation is needed. Two different regimens of radiotherapy dose fractionation will be investigated in both single and multiple bone metastasis and endpoints will include pain relief as well as toxicity and quality of life.
The purpose of this study is to see whether fast imaging with MRI and the usual contrast material used for MRI, predicts which patients will do well with treatment. Some studies suggest that MRIs done right before surgery may be able to tell how much of the cancer was killed by the chemotherapy. This study will see if this is true in patients with osteogenic sarcoma (OS) and Ewing's sarcoma (ES). This study will also see if MRIs done early in treatment can tell if the chemotherapy is working.
The purpose of this study is to determine the ability of a cone beam CT to measure bone healing.
The goal of this clinical research study is to find the highest tolerable dose of dasatinib and Zometa (zoledronic acid) that can be given in combination for the treatment of breast cancer that has spread to the bone. The safety and effectiveness of this combination will also be studied.
