NCT ID: NCT05200676 Completed - Atrial Fibrillation Clinical Trials

Cardiac Arrhythmias in Greenland

Start date: April 16, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The study is a phd-study comprising several substudies focusing on cardiac arrhythmias, mainly atrial fibrillation, among Greenlanders in Greenland. Some previous studies have indicated that the prevalence may be lower than among Westerners, however; studies have also indicated that atrial fibrillation is underdiagnosed. These studies aim to: - Estimate the prevalence of AF among Greenlanders in Greenland aged 55 years or older. - Estimate the prevalence of well-known risk factors among those found to have AF - Explore the symptoms of those affected by AF in Greenland - Among part of the participants: estimate the prevalence of autonomic neuropathy as this may cause arrhythmias.

NCT ID: NCT05196412 Recruiting - Atrial Fibrillation Clinical Trials

Screening of Cardiac Arrhythmias With Wrist-worn Aino ECG Cardiac Monitor

Start date: May 22, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The study investigates the performance pf PulseOn Arrhythmia Monitor System that includes a wrist-worn device, which combines continuous optical heartbeat interval monitoring and intermittent ECG measurement, and a data management system used by healthcare professionals for data observation, in the detection of previously undiagnosed cardiac arrhythmias, especially atrial fibrillation.

NCT ID: NCT05184790 Not yet recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

LEARN: Learning Environment for Artificial Intelligence in Radiotherapy New Technology

LEARN
Start date: January 31, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study will develop a whole-of-body markerless tracking method for measuring the motion of the tumour and surrounding organs during radiation therapy to enable real-time image guidance. Routinely acquired patient data will be used to improve the training, testing and accuracy of a whole-of-body markerless tracking method. When the markerless tracking method is sufficiently advanced, according to the PI of each of the data collection sites, the markerless tracking method will be run in parallel to, but not intervening with, patient treatments during data acquisition.

NCT ID: NCT05182684 Recruiting - Arrhythmia Clinical Trials

The Collection and Transmission of Electrocardiogram Using a Wearable Device

Start date: October 26, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

A multi-center clinical trial to explore the status of collection and transmission of electrocardiogram using a wearable device

NCT ID: NCT05175937 Recruiting - Heart Failure Clinical Trials

REal World Assessment for Patients Implanted With Implantable CardioverTer DefibrIllatOr Using Bluetooth Technology

REACTION
Start date: September 22, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The objective of this observational study is to assess clinical benefits of innovative features (e.g. Bluetooth technology and smartphone patient applications) in a patient population that is implanted with standard indication for implantable cardiac defibrillator.

NCT ID: NCT05162599 Completed - Rhythm; Abnormal Clinical Trials

Evaluation of Cardiags Trimod for Analysis of Cardiac Activity

EVALTRIMOD
Start date: June 8, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The current study concerns Cardiags Trimod, a new non-invasive medical device for cardiac examinations. The evaluation of its effectiveness is done relative to specific standard devices.

NCT ID: NCT05159180 Recruiting - Atrial Arrhythmia Clinical Trials

Development of a New Impedance Mapping System for Ablation of Atrial Arrhythmias in Patients

Start date: December 13, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Precise identification of the atrial fibrosis is essential for successful catheter ablation of atrial arrhythmias in patients with atrial fibrillation. Voltage mapping of endocardial electrograms is currently used to delineate the anatomical substrate, but this is influenced by the direction of the activation wave front and is limited by the patient-specific thresholds. Mapping of local myocardial electrical impedance may overcome these limitations.

NCT ID: NCT05140343 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Congenital Heart Disease

Mobile Electrocardiogram Monitoring for Detecting Arrhythmias in Children

Start date: April 7, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this project is to evaluate the capability of a specific mobile electrocardiogram monitoring of detecting arrhythmic events in children with history of palpitation and or syncope. We will compare this approach with the standard approach of clinical follow-up plus 24-hour Holter ECG monitoring in terms of acceptability and ability to identify significant arrhythmias.

NCT ID: NCT05114382 Completed - Cardiac Arrhythmia Clinical Trials

An Evaluation of the Safety and Performance of the CathVision Cube® System

Start date: October 2, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective is to evaluate the safety and technical performance of the CathVision Cube® System. The secondary objective is to benchmark the intracardiac electrogram signal quality compared to commercially available systems in patients undergoing assessment and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias.

NCT ID: NCT05102227 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing

Cardiac ResynchronizatiOn and arrhythmiaS Sensing Via the LEFT Bundle.

CROSS LEFT
Start date: March 25, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Evaluation of ventricular arrhythmias sensing via a left bundle branch area pacing lead.
