Filter by:The purpose of this study is to determine whether early diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea and initiation of and adherence to CPAP therapy in hospitalized cardiac patients would impact 30-day hospital readmission rates.
The study evaluates the use of half-normal saline as an irrigant for open-irrigated catheters during left ventricular outflow tract ventricular arrhythmias ablation. By increasing the efficacy of radiofrequency energy-mediated lesion formation, half-normal saline has the potential to reduce procedural times and improved acute and long-term outcomes.
The primary purpose of this study is to improve the quality of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in patients with heart arrhythmia. Investigators will recruit 105 patients with arrhythmia and 30 control volunteers over 3 years and will use two arrhythmia-tolerant imaging methods for diagnosis.
