Basing on the strong evidence from former researches, patients with CRLM can benefit from the treatment of bevacizumab combined with sencond-line chemotherapy. Recently, although with the popularization of RFA, the role that RFA plays in the long term survival of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) is still confused. In this designed, randomized, controlled, prospective, and open clinical trial, the effectiveness of RFA combined with second-line chemotherapy + bevacizumab on unresectable CRLM is going to be evaluated compared with that of second-line chemotherapy + bevacizumab. After screened by inclusion and exclusion criteria, the eligible subjects will be randomly allocated into the experimental group-with the treatment of RFA + second-line chemotherapy + bevacizumab and control group-with the treatment of second-line chemotherapy + bevacizumab equally.
This phase II trial studies how well physical activity monitored by Fitbit Charge 2 works in improving quality of life in participants with ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer that has come back. A modern, state of the art activity tracking device (Fitbit Charge 2) may help to measure physical activity, heart rate, and sleep pattern, and may help doctors to learn whether physical activity level has any relationship to energy level, sleep duration and quality, toxicity from chemotherapy, immune cells in blood, and bacterial composition in gut.

This trial studies how well dual energy computed tomography (DECT) works in imaging patients with solid organ cancer that has spread to the brain. Imaging techniques, such as DECT, may help find and diagnose tumor cells and find out how far the tumor cells have spread in the brain.
This Phase 1/2 study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, PK, and PD of FT-2102 as a single agent and in combination with other anti-cancer drugs in patients with advanced solid tumors and gliomas. The study is divided into two parts: single agent FT-2102 followed by combination therapy. Part 1: A single agent, open-label study in up to five cohorts (glioma, hepatobiliary tumors, chondrosarcoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and other IDH1 mutant solid tumors) that will include a Phase 1 dose confirmation followed by a Phase 2 investigation of clinical activity in up to 4 cohorts. During the dose confirmation, additional doses or altered dose schedules may be explored. Part 2: An open-label study of FT-2102 in combination with other anti-cancer agents. Patients will be enrolled across 4 different disease cohorts, examining the effect of FT-2102 + azacitidine (glioma and chondrosarcoma), FT-2102 + nivolumab (hepatobiliary tumors), and FT-2102 + gemcitabine/cisplatin (intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma). There will be a safety lead-in followed by a Phase 2 evaluation in up to four cohorts of patients.
This trial studies how well music works in reducing distress in participants with cancer during chemotherapy treatment. Music in participants receiving cancer treatment such as infusion treatment and caregiver may reduce pain, anxiety, and distress and improve participant's psychological and physiological wellbeing.
This phase II trial studies how well Ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3-related (ATR) kinase inhibitor AZD6738 works alone or in combination with olaparib or durvalumab in treating participants with renal cell carcinoma (RCC), urothelial carcinoma, all pancreatic cancers, endometrial cancer, and other solid tumors excluding clear cell ovarian cancer that have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes or other parts of the body. ATR kinase inhibitor AZD6738 and olaparib or durvalumab may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not known if giving ATR kinase inhibitor AZD6738 with or without olaparib or durvalumab may work better in treating participants with solid tumors.
This trial studies how well two different supportive programs work in supporting optimal recovery in participants undergoing gynecological surgery. Supportive programs use different methods for helping participants cope with the surgical experience including gentle movements, counseling, writing, or relaxation techniques, and may help improve participants' well-being after gynecological surgery.
