NCT ID: NCT06397872 Enrolling by invitation - Renal Impairment Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate the Pharmacokinetics, Safety, and Tolerability of Multiple Oral Doses (6 Days) of 100 mg Resmetirom in Subjects With Severe Renal Impairment and in Matched Healthy Control Subjects With Normal Renal Function

Start date: March 5, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to directly characterize the pharmacokinetic (PK) profiles of resmetirom and its major metabolite (MGL-3623) following oral administration of 100 mg resmetirom (QD x 6 days) in subjects with severe renal impairment (RI) compared to healthy matched control subjects with normal renal function.

NCT ID: NCT06397794 Recruiting - Parenting Clinical Trials

Navigating Pregnancy and Parenthood With Lyme Disease

Start date: March 20, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Co-administration Study of an Investigational Live-Attenuated Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine in Infants and Toddlers

CORAL
Start date: May 13, 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is a Phase III, randomized, single-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center study to be conducted in healthy infants and toddlers aged 6 months + 2 weeks for Cohort 1 and 12 months ± 2 weeks for Cohort 2. The primary objective of the study will be to assess non-inferiority of the respiratory syncytial virus toddler and infant (RSVt) vaccine antibody response when administered concomitantly with routine pediatric vaccines at 6 months of age (Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoids and Acellular Pertussis, Inactivated Poliovirus, Haemophilus b Conjugate and Hepatitis B Vaccine [Vaxelis® or Pentacel® and Recombivax HB®] Prevnar 20®, and RotaTeq®), and 12 months of age (M-M-R II, VARIVAX, and Prevnar 20 or per local country recommendations) compared to when administered non-concomitantly.

NCT ID: NCT06397729 Not yet recruiting - Obesity Clinical Trials

Evaluation of a Novel Technology to Support Tailored Health Behavior Counseling in Rural Primary Care Clinics

Rural PREVENT
Start date: August 1, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This project will conduct a pilot hybrid study that examines the implementation (Aims 1 & 2) and preliminary effectiveness (Aim 3) of PREVENT, a digital health intervention, among patients with overweight/obesity (N=100) using a clinic-randomized design. The central hypothesis of the study is that PREVENT will be feasible and show improvements in health behavior counseling and the patient experience that will improve patients' motivation to change, and their CVH health behaviors and outcomes.

NCT ID: NCT06397703 Recruiting - Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials

ADT and SBRT vs SBRT Alone for Unfavorable Intermediate Risk Prostate Cancer

Start date: April 16, 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

For this proposed Phase III study, unfavorable intermediate risk prostate cancer patients will be randomized to receive 6 months of Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT) in conjunction with stereotactic body radiation therapy/radiosurgery (SBRT) directed to the prostate versus SBRT alone. The patient population will include those with National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN)-defined unfavorable intermediate risk disease. All patients will be followed every 6 months for up to 5 years from the first patient randomized and will undergo a routine 24-30 months post-SBRT prostate biopsy to assess for local tumor control.
