There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a phase 1b/2 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of metronomic combination therapy in subjects with TNBC who have progressed on or after previous SoC chemotherapy. Phase 2 will be based on Simon's two-stage optimal design.
The TEAMMATE Trial will enroll 210 pediatric heart transplant patients from 25 centers at 6 months post-transplant and follow each patient for 2.5 years. Half of the participants will receive everolimus and low-dose tacrolimus and the other half will receive tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil. The trial will determine which treatment is better at reducing the cumulative risk of coronary artery vasculopathy, chronic kidney disease and biopsy proven-acute cellular rejection without an increase in graft loss due to all causes (e.g. infection, PTLD, antibody mediated rejection).
This is an open-label, multi-center, Phase 1/2 study to determine the MTD and assess the safety, tolerability, PK, immunogenicity, and anti-leukemia activity of IMGN632 when administered as monotherapy to patients with CD123+ disease.
This study will help us learn more about how what a child eats can affect how their brain works.
This study will evaluate the medication adherence, clinical efficacy, and safety of EnvarsusXR in stable post liver transplant patient using a Phase III randomized controlled study. The primary outcome is change in medication adherence from baseline to the end of the study, assessed using a validated instrument (BAASIS- Basel Assessment of Adherence with Immunosuppressive medication Scales) and standard deviation of Tacrolimus levels.
D.R.E.A.M.S. will assess an immersive digital reality-augmenting system in reducing the occurrence of cognitive, behavioral, and emotional consequences of critical illness and environmental exposures that are risk factors for the development of delirium.
This study is a prospective, randomized trial to compare patient outcomes of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) and total knee arthroplasty (TKA) for the treatment of medial compartment osteoarthritis.
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of each study vaccine and to evaluate the effect on the time to disease recurrence (assessed by disease free survival). Participants will be assigned to receive one of two study vaccines (DC1 study vaccine vs. WOKVAC). The study vaccine will be administered in two phases: a study vaccination phase and a booster phase.
This pilot study is an investigation of feasibility of moderate dose omega-3 fatty acid supplementation in pre-menopausal women at high risk for breast cancer who are considering future pregnancy. The goal of this pilot study is to determine feasibility of the study, document compliance with omega-3 fatty acid supplementation in this population and identify novel biomarkers modulated by moderate dose omega-3 fatty acids in this population.
This study will investigate if nivolumab will improve recurrence-free survival (RFS) compared to placebo in participants with HCC who have undergone complete resection or have achieved a complete response after local ablation, and who are at high risk of recurrence
