There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This pilot study will expand knowledge and application needling using the Straberi device for the improvement of Postinflammatory Hyperpigmentation (PIH) caused by acne.
The purpose of this study is to test the efficacy of an 8-week, remotely-delivered, flow-based and moderate-intensity yoga intervention (vs. waitlist control), on stress and cognitive functioning. Participants will include individuals who are full-time working adults between the ages of 18 and 64, and currently experiencing symptoms of psychosocial stress or anxiety.
This clinical trial compares the effect of LMA Gastro, a dual channel supraglottic airway (SGA) device, to oxygenation with standard nasal cannula for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). An ERCP is a combination of imaging scans and endoscopy that helps doctors diagnose and treat conditions of the pancreas and bile ducts that requires general anesthesia or procedural sedation. Anesthesiologists often use SGAs or nasal cannulas to help patients breathe while they are asleep during procedures. An SGA consists of an airway tube that connects to a mask, which is inserted through the mouth and placed at the back of the throat to keep the airway open while patients are under anesthesia or sedation. The nasal cannula is a device that fits in a patient's nostrils and delivers oxygen through a small, flexible tube while they are under anesthesia or sedation. The goal of this trial is to compare the effects of the LMA Gastro to nasal cannula when used to deliver oxygen to patients while they are asleep during their ERCP procedure.
This treatment development study is aimed at developing and pilot testing a 24-week remotely delivered group intervention that integrates three evidence-based treatments: 1) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills - targeting adult emotion dysregulation, 2) Parent Management Training (PMT) - targeting parenting behaviors linked to child behavioral dysregulation, and 3) Emotion Coaching (EC) - targeting parental emotion socialization practices linked to child emotion dysregulation. The aims of the study are to: 1. Evaluate the feasibility of the intervention, specifically with respect to its acceptability and its implementation with 4 families in which a parent has elevated levels of emotion dysregulation and their child has elevated levels of emotion or behavioral dysregulation. 2. Examine change patterns in parent and child mental health and parenting quality using a Single Case Experimental Design (SCED) to evaluate both pre-post and weekly changes in these outcomes.
This is a digital clinical trial to investigate satiety and consumer preference in responses to three test breakfast bars with varying level of dietary fiber, beta-glucan, and product packages (with or without product claims) in healthy adults.
Investigate development of an Innovative Instrument on Robot-Aided and Virtual Reality Rehabilitation for Intelligent Physical Training (i.e. gait and stepping) of Individuals post-stroke.
The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effects of low nicotine content cigarette (LNC) educational messaging on perceptions of low nicotine cigarettes, tobacco/nicotine product choice preferences (hypothetical), LNC cigarette subjective ratings, and LNC cigarette abuse liability among adult smokers.
The goal of this study is to establish if mesenchymal stem cell augmentation improves graft incorporation and to analyze the cytokine environment of the joint after osteochondral allograft transplantation (OCA) with and without intra-articular bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) injection. Information learned from this study can be used to biochemically compare treatment response and to assess emerging therapeutic options that may positively alter the biochemical environment in patients who suffer from articular cartilage disorders.
The Safety and Efficacy of Psilocybin as an Adjunctive Therapy in Participants with Treatment-Resistant Depression
This is open-label, multicenter, international study, assessing the efficacy and safety of Trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) in participants with or without brain metastasis (BMs), with previously-treated advanced/metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer whose disease has progressed on prior anti-HER2-based regimens and who received no more than 2 lines/regimens of therapy in the metastatic setting (excluding tucatinib).
